Looks delicious, mine is in oven now. I t would be helpful if the directions were written out below ingredients, as I had to keep going back to he video. My caramel got crystallized so I added more water to dissolve and that worked!
Is this the same as what some call Flan? Whatever it's called, I'm trying it this weekend. It looks delicious. UPDATE: I made this last night, couldn't wait until the weekend. It IS delicious. I'm adding this to my collection of recipes so I can make again.

@Lucia Gonzalez there is half a cup, or 100g, of sugar used to make the caramel and then a quarter cup, or 50g of sugar, added to the cake batter. Hope that helps 😊
