☘️ Great Teacher Can Relate to everybody doesn't Complicate things !! Walks you right thru Step by Step 5 Star 🌟 Guy thank you keep up the great work Rob 👍 ☘️
Great lesson, Rob. I didn’t realize after all these years, as you pointed out, that it requires a big leap in pitch vocally to go from “sad” to “song” in verse one or “made” to “to” in verse 2, etc. One small detail: the last verse is not a repeat of the first verse. It ends with “remember to let her under your skin” as in verse 2 instead of “remember to let her into your heart” Thanks again for all the Beatles lessons
Sir Robert, Almost 65 and thinking bout getting a solo or duo thing going. Bands all my life a trio a while ago. Arthritis and I'm told a stroke some time ago. So motor function issues that I've never had before... Ong way around to say Thank You. Building a bunch of songs that I haven't done thanks to you. I mean it! One thing... Do you own stock in a paper company in the States??? Baaahaaahaaa!
Very timely reminder of the brilliance of the simplicity (not the England team !!!) of the Beatles and you excellent tutorial - as you say you can’t go wrong with this one !
What? Black & white tele ? Say it isn't so !! I'll have to check that on my smart phone. Just kidding...... it was on a B&W that i saw the Beatles for the first time on the Ed Sullivan show. "Vintage" here too.
Hi Rob, I always really enjoy your lessons but just wanted to take time out to thank you for the effort and time it must take you to prepare everything. It is much appreciated andyour hey Jude lesson was brilliant!
Another excellent tutorial Rob, thank you so much. As a devoted Beatles fan one thing I have never worked out. How is it that one of the greatest rock/pop songs ever is based on a simple chord structure like this one I-V-IV? What made the Beatles so brilliant? By the way, I am waiting for part 2 of the tutorial for Yesterday. I am still working on the Intro! Hoping to see Macca at the O2 in December. p.s. I also initially learnt with (and still have) Bert Weedon's Play in a Day! Shame we didn't have Internet when I started to learn guitar.
Hi Rob Ste here from the Pool mate!! hope your doing well and thanks for the lessons keep up the good work!! 👍 I'm just wondering is that rhythm on Hey Jude 4/4 or close enough to??
Bizarrely i played this about 3 hours ago as this video was being posted - my motivation was having seen a clip on fb of a very young Tom Jones and Wilson Picket - the fact that it’s on it’s way to No1 makes sense- they I got from Ultimate G was E but will have another go at this after the Scotland game (Come on Robo !!)
