- Hey Jude Guitar Lesson For Beginners - Easy chords and strumming patterns for beginners. Welcome to my Hey Jude guitar lesson easy version for beginners. I will be going over how to strum Hey Jude along with the chords we use in the song. This version requires no capo. We will be using all open chords.
I will review two strumming patterns for Hey Jude, one if going to be for beginner and the second is going to be for late beginners.

I think you could just play base string one strum down for this song then maybe a few up strokes later, but that’s how I play it, love your channel though.
What strumming pattern are you using here?
Could you post this on Ultimate Guitar or something like that? I have a hard time following a video, and none of the Ultimate Guitar guides are the same as yours
