Hello, I’m a huge fan of the 30 day yoga challenge but struggle with chronic illness (PoTS), I’ve been able to keep up pretty well but I was wondering if there was a possibility of a video/videos specifically for those who want to get a good yoga practice in but suffer from the mobility issues that come with chronic illness such as inversions or standing up? I love your channel and it has changed my life 💛
