    This calming 10 minute deep stretch yoga for flexibility session focuses on deep hip opening. We begin in Butterfly pose, allowing time to settle into a gentle hip stretch. The practice then moves into Half Pigeon, a powerful hip opener held for an extended period to release deep-seated tension. We transition to Half Butterfly on each side, targeting the hips and inner thighs from a different angle. A brief Sphinx pose provides a gentle backbend to counterbalance the forward folds, before concluding in a restful Child's pose.
    This Yin-inspired practice emphasizes longer holds to promote flexibility and release in the connective tissues around the hips and lower body. By the end of this short but effective session, you'll feel a profound sense of openness in your hips and increased overall flexibility, perfect for relieving tension from prolonged sitting or intense physical activity.

    You read my mind, this is exactly what I need as I've been feeling so tight in my hips. I've never cried during yoga before but these hip openers gave me a massive release. Very unexpected but I feel so much better. Thank you! 🙏💜

    Hello, I’m a huge fan of the 30 day yoga challenge but struggle with chronic illness (PoTS), I’ve been able to keep up pretty well but I was wondering if there was a possibility of a video/videos specifically for those who want to get a good yoga practice in but suffer from the mobility issues that come with chronic illness such as inversions or standing up? I love your channel and it has changed my life 💛
