I love her routine.. It"s fun and different everyday. I just don't like getting my heaRT beaT up and down, up and down. I try to continue exercising throughout the break. a warm up abd moderate and peak, and then bring the heartbeat gradul aly back to normal. Keeep u[p the great work.
