We have a variety of videos, but it is recommended that you do at least 20 minutes of exercise per day if possible.

That was so much fun. I can't think why I haven't done these before. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user 75 with a progressive neurological condition. I have started to use the punch bag at the gym where I go under a gp referral. I did punch myself a few times but I will be back for more thank you, Marjorie

Hi Ella. I've only been following your exercises for a month and I really enjoy the 200 calorie burn out which I do from home whenever the weather is too wet to go out.

OMG....I so needed this. I just started now and this will be my daily go to. I'm disabled with a knee osteoarthritis and a knee flexion contracture so I can't stand at all for any length of time. So this is a good start towards my weightloss journey and getting my body circulating again. It's been over 14+ yrs since I exercised due to my autoimmune condition.
