    I'm 70 and have RA and am wheelchair mobile. I've been gaining weight like crazy, so I'm using this, along with a diet, to try to lose weight. Ella is so easy to watch and follow. Thank you!!

    A lot of disabled workout videos always use the legs, so this is welcoming, I broke my foot and needed this. thank you

    I'm glad to find this. I am not a wheelchair user but I am disabled with DJD in the knees, which are so bad I need a walker with a seat. I need total knee replacement but need to loose weight before they will do it. Problem is that I've struggled for years with my weight and have too much pain when trying "traditional" exercize, I can't even walk for a block w/o resting.
    Everything in this video I can do... though do get tired since out of shape. But I am capable to do them so can work up to do full in time.

    I just did these from a chair…I’m 82 and have been having some Edema and BP issues…while doing these, I noticed I was barely breathing, so I’m also concentrating on getting more oxygen into my bloodstream…I’ve done Yoga postures for over 60 years but am concerned about Vertigo while doing Yoga…this is a wonderful alternative. So glad I found your site…I’ll start doing these every day and I KNOW MY OVERALL HEALTH WILL IMPROVE….the three, B, M and W most important…BREATH, Movement and Water…already feel better…

    This was perfect for me. I'm healing a torn calf and workouts like these are keeping me active. My favorite part was you demonstrating each exercise before we started. I don’t see many online videos do that. Enjoyed it!

    I just discovered your video and I love it! I was born with Spina Bifida and use crutches. I'm 60 so my shoulders are worn out from lifelong crutch use and I had to have a shoulder replacement last October. This workout actually made me sweat and got my heart rate up! I need to lose a few pounds and this will help me get moving again. You're a beautiful young lady and I thank you so much for this video!

      You're lucky born with spina bifida, 38 and struggling with weight loss again. Can't walk but the only time I lost weight was 3 years ago because I was sick. After healing and getting better I put weight back on

      We have a variety of videos, but it is recommended that you do at least 20 minutes of exercise per day if possible.

    This was super helpful, I have a bloodflow disorder that makes standing or doing lots of position changes while working out really difficult and dangerous for me, and I had completely given up on working out until I found your videos

    Thanks Ella. I came across your video today and I loved it. I have polio on both legs. I am 73 and managed to do your exercises pretty well though I did sweat a lot. What I want is to improve my upper torso and my arms from deteriorating further. Wear and tear...... Keep up the good work Ella.

    I've got a light form of cerebral palsy, and using my legs is sometimes difficult, since I've got balance problems and mix up my "legs moves " when I try aerobics, so thank you a lot !! You rock !

    I love your videos and the adaptive box-fit videos from Luiz! I'm having a dynamic disability caused by the Ehlers danlos syndrome and mobility is a big issue.     This workout is super. I am not a wheelchair user, but I am bone on bone in my knees, so traditional exercise is not feasible.

      @@gympossibleUK it's more of making adaptions, I'm a T-5 paraplegic. I don't core strength yet so sitting up and moving my arms at the same time is hard. The chest squeeze I couldn't do along with some other exercises in the video, so I had to do one at a time. I like how there are exercises for my core, as my aim is to lose weight and have core strength. It's just to have variations of the current exercises that Ella has created.
