Omg made this today with a bit of substitution (bread crumbs for gram flour) and I got chicken thighs and de-boned them and put them in my grinder. It turned out amazing, super succulent. Both me amd my husband enjoyed it, we love indian food. Thank you for taking time to make this video amd share your recepies

there is no food in the world that can take the place of indian, pakistani, irani or arabic food. i love all the spices and herbs that goes while making these delicious food. i love non veg food. im a foody and i love good rich food. i cook and make my own spices at home. i grow all the herbs. i don't like the ones you get in the super market its adulterated. i teach people how to make the spices at home. whenever i make burger i keep it for a day in the fridge and cook it the next day. it taste awesome the next day. cooking is all experimenting. i fuse in different sorts of things when i cook. i own the dish and call it my way..
Looks great. I prefer fresh herbs is the only thing I would do differently to finish [parsley] I do a carmelized lemon slice quartered and into a quick blanch and then tossed with sugar and into a hot pan to carmelize. Finish with a pinch of salt. They look like they have a place here as well. Nice work.

i see the video and streight went to the shop to get ingredients and start to mix them and leave in fridge 4 half a hour like u said and cooked them ...... i have to say wow thats really testy THANK U great video and advice nice job well done just have to add it have to be flatten for best result and fast cooking otherwise take so long if is thick and outer will burn a bid my first experience lol
