You can also spray some cologne on the same heat points on your outerwear/jackets that you don’t launder as often. I’ve found that my leather jacket and pea coat retain my go to sent for a while, even after a while of being sprayed. Just make sure the cologne doesn’t stain the a garment!
Pro tip: Natural fibers/materials retain the sent better than synthetic, think real leather, wool, cotton and the like.

I had been doing this Layering for the custom scent for a while because I liked they way some of my scents smelled together. I did not realize it was actually "a thing". But I have always gotten complements when I do it. I learned to do it from using my essential oils. So I thought why not with my cologne since some have essential oil notes and boom! It's been a way for me to get new scents or to soften others but always to make my cologne last longer.

Spray upper body and put shirt on quick. As it evaporates, it gets trapped in the shirt. If it's a strong scent, being covered will tone it down a bit.
Or spray under your shirt......

I have 2 bottles of cologne, 1 that i wear during the day and 1 that i wear at night before bed. I take a shower, put on my lotion and spray a little before going to sleep. Its got a light aroma and it just helps me sleep better and my pillows and blanket smell amazing and my chic friends always complement the way my sheets and room smell.

First error, calling perfume “cologne”. Eau de Cologne is actually the least perfume content of fragrance. As he mentioned, you have different concentrations. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne.

Lately I've been experimenting with discreet areas of the clothing, (i.e. underneath the collar and cuffs, inside the front button linings) along with Vaseline inside the elbow. I've noticed the fragrance lasted longer especially near the collar where most women want to hug and sniff!
Man this was awesome. Great ideas and I'm looking forward to using them.

Some colognes also have matching lotions. Putting those on in layers can also help lock the scent in all day.

One of my faves to combine that smells absolutely amazing is the Abercrombie and fitch cologne and Sean Jean king. It’s a purple cologne but trust me combine those two and you’ll get compliments out the a$$

I'm not fond of spraying chemicals directly on my skin. I typically spray 3 certain fragrances on my under shirts and top shirts any number of days in advance. Hang them in the closet. During warm months those scents diffuse beautifully but also smell amazing even during cooler months. Two that I use indefinitely are amazingly cheap, amazing scents and last a LONG time - Bodman Fresh Blue Musk spray and Bodman Really Ripped Abs aerosol can (not the regular spray), mixed with a third fragrance usually a more expensive bottle of the several I have. I don't mix all my bottles with those two scents but many of them work with those two and compliments always come, even from males and strangers. Like the tip of adding to unscented lotion. Thanks.

Definitely helpful I have the Prada(which is high in oil content thus making it last longer) and I also have some Kenneth Cole Mankind cologne.. the Kenneth Cole doesn’t last that long so that cotton ball hack is a good alternative

Very very informative.. for years I’ve put my cologne on my “ head”... when I was younger my dad.. a NYPD detective would catch me every time when I smoked some weed... I found out later on that he would simply smell my hair--- hence why I spray my head now even though I’m bald.... clothes are a fantastic way to carry the scent you are wearing also.... this was a fun video- side note:: my brother!!
