The best way to make your fragrance last longer is to layer it with Ambroxan and/or Iso E Super. Can you please make a tutorial on how your viewers can create those substances in their own bottles at home? I've seen someone else do it but their tutorial was quite lacking. I know you could create a much better one if you choose to do so. And if you do it and link to the parts you used (i.e. where you bought the chemicals, syringes, empty perfume bottles, etc.) that would be very helpful to your viewers.
Layering is another way. If you have a shower gel and body lotion that are the same scent as your cologne, the set will make the overall scent last longer.
My family used to own a franchise of Parfum stores in the Netherlands so I grew up with Parfums. My golden tip: Spray a couple of sprays in your hair. That way it won't wear off by sweating that easily and it won't be ruining your clothes. It's also less vulnerable to body acids, it tends to keep the transition from note to note cleaner and the smell closer to it's originally intended smell. Also a spot where almost nobody sprays but in fact is one of the best spots: the top of your hand! It won't fade as fast by sweating and everytime you swing your hands by giving somebody a hug or hand you automatically wave your parfum towards them. It's a brilliant spot for the connoisseurs. Another insiders tip: If you want to test if a fragrance will last long before buying it, spray some on the underside of your wrist. It's the best place to test for 3 reasons: 1) It's a warm place because your arteries and also because your sweater or shirt keeps rubbing against it so the transition will be faster than normal. 2) All your main arteries run through your wrist which makes it pulse. Pulse combined with warmth spreading the aroma of your parfum quite effectively but also makes it wear off quite fast. So it's the ultimate test. If the parfum can handle a couple of hours on your wrist without completely fading you know you got yourself a keeper. 3) The neck has all the same properties of the wrist but it's kind of hard to smell your own neck...your wrist on the other hand is super easy to smell/check. Another insiders tip: Never rub it in...you see a lot of people doing it, even employees of Parfum stores. But it mixes the parfum with your body acids which makes it fade much faster and it makes the smell different from what it should be. So if you go to the store, put some tester on your wrist, go grab something to eat, go shopping or go home. If the smell is still there after 2 a 3 hours and survived the hardest spot on your body, you know you got a parfum that will last long with your skin type. I bet a lot of people will find good use for all the tips! Goodluck!
I dont like the idea of spraying it in your hair for two reasons 1. Cologne contains alcohol and alcohol will dry out your hair. 2. Most people or people like me use hair products so overall the smell will change.
Let's take a moment to appreciate that Antonio actually took the time to find out where Kerala, India was and base his advice on that fact. Thank you, good sir!
You can also add a small amount of Vaseline to where you normally spray before adding the fragrance. It will prevent it from being absorbed into your skin as quickly and therfore last longer. Experiment with how much. Start with less. Because welll.. its Vaseline
Moisturize your skin before applying the perfume. Making sure your moisturizer is neutral smelling and does not overpower your perfume. All good pulse points and two short sprays on your shirt will make your perfume last much longer. EDP will last about 8 hours on average and EDT will stay on for around 6. Or simply get a higher concentration of perfume like Parfum. Any more suggestions are welcome but this works for me.
hi Akshay, I've heard this method of applying perfume on pulse points before you sleep but when you wake up in the morning and shower arent you not washing off the perfume?
The spray-on-fabric point is very important. I've had certain EdPs last days on certain garments, when the skin component died after the first bath or shower. Staining, however, should always be a concern, especially on light coloured clothes, and special care should be taken with very oily parfums.
Mine top 5 long lasting are 1: stronger with you intensely by emporio armani 2: Initio oud for greatness 3: Nishane Hacivat 4: Montale Arabian Tonka 5: YSL TUXEDO HONNOR ABLE MENTION : Christian Dior Oud Isapahan
I'm a simple guy and I really like 007, Jaguar Classic Black, and Invincible Extreme. These aren't $$$ but I like the smell and it lasts as long as I want them too and they just don't stain or get oily on my skin or clothes so I've been sticking to them.
Top 5 long lasting in my experience; 1. Thierry Mugler A-Star Men 2. Christian Dior Fahrenheit 3. Mont Blanc Individuel 4. Guerlain L’Homme Ideal 5. Christian Dior Sauvage
Yes. Atomize on your clothes. You will get a "slow release" all day. I actually put a bit on the belt line area of a shirt. It will be kept warm and be fragrant for the whole day without being overwhelming.
Weather and humidity are big factors for me. In the height of summer when the humidity is over 80%, my perfumes do not stand a chance. Also, the fabric of your clothing makes a difference. If you spray synthetic fabric, it's like spraying plastic. The oils don't hold and absorb into the synthetic fabric like it would for natural fibers like cotton or wool.
@@JulioGuevara96 in high humidity, I get better performance from fragrances that have a higher “synthetic“ base. Some brands that are popular in this category are Mancera and Montale. They can be quite polarizing but most of their perfumes deliver good performance.
BODY OIL/BUTTER/LOTION anything "greasy" applied before fragrance helps slow or even stop the evaporation process. I apply fragrance directly on the skin after prepping it (moisturised skin is key) and maybe one or two sprays on my clothing. My clothes still smell good a week later when I'm doing laundry.
@@osuoscar9462 This happened with BVlgarys Wood essence. Maybe wanted by night does not sit properly on your skin. That's why we all wait a day after we've tried multiple,to see which one lasts longer
The way you store a fragrance makes a huge difference. Keep fragrances out of harsh light, humidity and heat. A lot of people keep their fragrances in the bathroom, which is one of the worst places to keep a fragrance. I keep mine stored in a dark, air conditioned room.
It’s extremely important to spray pulse points, and to have showered beforehand so that the skin pores are clean and ready to “accept” the perfume essence. This way, you can keep “radiating waves” of the smell, (if it makes any sense) and even if you go noseblind to it - which I know for a fact, happened to me with my Aventus, resulting in me overspraying the fragrance- other people can pick up wafts of your sillage even after you’ve passed them by. Don’t forget that our brains are hardwired to get accustomed to a scent , so you being in your own perfume cloud and not smelling anything after a few minutes, is perfectly normal, and by no means does it mean the scent has worn off. Hope it helped, cheers!
My longest-lasting perfume is Ultra Male. It lasts so extremely long, I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. And speaking of clothes, if you're wearing cotton clothes, spray your perfume on it. In cotton, scents last forever. But other substances also hold scents well. And a tip for the skin: put a moisturizer on the areas before spraying. Because a damp skin carries the scent better than a dry one.
I have it, i sprayed it but at that night a friend of mine smelled more fondly than me, because he used another concentrated roll on fragrance, so he got the compliments not me with the most well spoken perfume ultra male
If it's a citrus fragrance, I spray it my clothes. If it's a boozy warm fragrance, I spray it my body. Body chemistry plays a big role when it comes to making your frags last long to your body.
Fragrances works better with moisturized skin. My tips is: 1. Apply your fragrance after taking a shower. 2. Use skin moisturizer such as Vaseline or other products that function the same.
I'm also from Kerala, India. I too found this video when I had the same doubt. Happy to see it answered by you for a Keralite. Feel proud to hear the name of our land to be mentioned here.😊
I work in Fragrance Industry And so i have known few important things. Warmer the place, the better fragrance you smell. Im not talking about Desert region, i mean the Room Temperature. Coz in Cool Temperatures its lill difficult to smell the Fragrance/Notes Exactly. Cold also makes people lose their sense of smelling coz of nose blocking. So this is also one of the reason why people say that-" Perfume is a Fake One...." or they think is Not Worthy. Well, everyone has their own perceptions.

Versace Eros, Valentino Uomo Intense, Dior Sauvage, Toy Boy, Bleu de Chanel Parfum, Wanted by Night, Acqua di Parma Essenza, definitely last the longest, from experience. I also remember my dad using Obsession for men and the scent lingering forever
Armani eau de cedre lasts very very long... I smell it on my clothes after a week even after washing... sadly it’s discontinued but an amazing fragrance... I wonder why anyone not reviewing it? A hidden gem
Even though you can't smell yourself after a while, people can still smell you. As Antonio said, just ask people around you, you could also look at people's reactions. Side note: Club de nuit is fire, if you want a manly smell that women love, you gotta buy it.
Just got the edt from fragranceX. But im worried about reformulations. Mine definitely is newer as it has clun de nuit engraved on the side. I just hope it can last me at least 5-6 hrs
The limited edition version lasts longer on the skin and also smells slightly nicer, in my personal opinion. Definitely more similar to Creed Aventus than the original one.
Another issue in the fragrance community is that we are literally abusing our skin on a daily basis moreso than others. If you have been big into fragrances but you never moisturize then maybe those reformulations aren't the problem. Dry skin ruins fragrance.
I still wear an old fragrance of Joop the red bottle. This one to me smells great and I think it matches well with my body chemistry. I know it's an old one but I think it's great and always gets a lot of great compliments.
I really like joop... my father's choice cologne when I was 9 or 10 in the late 90s... Though I loved it I felt it was a bit dated.. I replaced it with versace the dreamer... pretty similar scent, but less floral....more elegant. really fantastic long lasting, unique smell like joop. Really recommend.
It’s funny. 5 min after I spray on my cologne I can’t smell it lol. But women always say I smell good even hours after. So I just pay attention anymore lmao.
Sauvage by Dior has to be the absolute most complimented fragrance I’ve ever worn. Everyone seems to love it. I use it every day and the bottle practically lasts forever - highly recommend.
A lot of Muslim men use what's often called attar, which is oil based perfume or perfume oil. There are attar versions of most popular perfumes. Oil bonds with your skin better, and the fragrance release slower, so you have a slow sweet mist around you for the whole day, sometimes even days, and it doesn't hurt everyone in the face as soon as you enter the room, but when someone stands next to you, they'll pick up enough hints of your fragrance to remember you by.
Yes but he had no idea about watches before. Once he mentioned replicas. He said he bought one. It was a Rolex that everyone that has brain should have known better than to get that replica. If you want to get a replica, get at least one that actually exists,no a frankenstein .
Thomas Summer imo if i’m getting a replica i want a frankenstein. Most replicas are fake parts but a lot of frankensteins are thrown together with genuine parts. If someone wants the real thing they should get it, frankensteins are at least goofy and fun enough that i wouldn’t feel like i’m pretending i’m something i’m not
Body chemistry is a huge factor. I can wear stuff that’s famous for being strong and long lasting and I find it average at best. On the other hand, I have some frags that are renowned for being weak and I can smell them all day.
1 spray on each jugular, 1 spray under the Adams apple, 1spray on the back of the neck, and 1 spray on each wrist... set it and forget it. You may not be able to smell it, but everyone else can! Don't overdo it, and NEVER rub it in (that breaks down the fragrance), my friend... sometimes, less is more !!! Great video, Antonio. BTW, my favorite fragrances are Pineapple Vintage King Intense, L'Homme Prada EDT, BVGARI AQVA Amara, Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme EDT, CHHC CH Men Prime EDT, Azzaro Wanted By Night EDP, and of course, Christian Dior Sauvage EDT... PEACE
My favourite long lasting ones are Dior fahrenheit, Sauvage elixir, Kenneth Cole black, club de nuit intense. Alot depends on the weather too. I find in the cooler months my Eros lasts all day but in summer it dies quicker. Fahrenheit in summer though. Awesome
In my case certain perfume stays longer and I definitely still able to smell it. Among a very few that I like is Tommy Hilfiger, Bvlgari Pour Homme and Boss Energise.

What’s funny about nose fatigue is that not many people in fragrance community even understands that it happens to them too. There are soooooo many reviews that say “it basically turns into a skin scent after an hour or so”.
Yeah, I bought Afnan Deep Dive I applied 5 sprays, and I couldn't smell anything after a few hours. Then, I bought an 8ml fine mist travel bottle. I filled it up with Afnan Deep Dive, and instead of getting massive sprays squirted out from the original bottle. With the 8ml travel atomizer that I bought the perfume cones out as a micro mist. So instead of using the bottle, I use the travel bottle. And I'm able to smell the fragrance for 12+ hrs, and days on clothes.
I'm just in love with HUGO BOSS... It is such a strong and manly fragrance and smells even better when it's been on me for more than 2 - 3 hours... To avoid the problem of fragrance fading out, I've started using OILS. they last much much longer than the perfume and there's still a hint of it even when the clothes are washed... The second favorite is an ARAB fragrance from AL NABEEL namely AL-GHADEER... It's sweet yet so strong
EDT is not weakest, because it has often more top notes, top notes are more agressive, so EDT should be more aggressive but doesnt last as long, EDP will last longer because it has more basenotes witch will smell a little darker, but it will also be less agressive :)
I usually layer my colognes with Molecule 01… I spray the molecule 01 wherever I choose and then I spray my cologne directly over those same spots. In my opinion, it helps with projection and longevity.
Just add the body oil u can make scents with and it will last forever always works for me...the way I smell is the ultimate ice breaker for me makes my job insanely easy
in the morning: - Take a shower - use a neutral smelling moisturizer /petroleum jelly (not really recommanded but better than nothing) EDIT for mommy's little benders: petrolyum jelly a.k.a vaseline is rather an emergency tool and should NOT be used EVERYDAY ALL OVER your body. - spray on your liquid courage after(!) putting on your clothes - profit
@@jpatt85 1. read again: (not really recommanded but better than nothing) 2. all over your body?! even if you go with vaseline you apply a little bit to the pulse points you are going to spray on. Use some common sense, mate. According to your "logic" you couldnt use vaseline for anal... and that would let people like you hannging around with a rather unpleasant burning sensation around their rosebuds. But i'll edit my post and clarify the emergency use of vaseline.
@@watchingbrain that's actually completely not true. Vaseline aka petroleum jelly is the safest occlusive that you can use on your body. There's nothing wrong with using it everyday on the skin, it's not an emergency tool, it's just really occlusive wich means it stops the water from evaporating from the skin. Vaseline is just a layer that sits on your skin and prevent it from drying out. Nothing wrong with that. Ofc don't use it for anal, just don't.
@@nadmanganiankutasu Thank you for your comment. Sure: vaseline is a wonderful occlusive. There is the first problem: "nothing in, nothing out". Further problems can come from paraffine and MOSH/MOAH. My personal main problem with vaseline is this possible side effect: dependency of the skin for it since it can deregulate the protection (hint: occlusive) system of the skin when used over a long time. Yeah, i know, i know, vaseline has been around some time and many people use it. Thats ok with me. I dont if i dont have to. Cheers.
Hello there my Brother!!! Yes heat definitely affects the aroma of CDNIM. I purchased a brand new bottle and I was so excited when it finally arrived. Now mind you it's BLISTERING HOT here in Florida. By the time I had gotten home from work it had been sitting in the mailbox for over 6 hours in the heat of the day. When I sprayed it, I thought it was a counterfeit and YES they do make counterfeits of CDNIM. It has the aroma of like a cheap Stetson fragrance. I was soooooo bummed. I now have found out what time the mail arrives and try to take my lunch break to go home to get what ever fragrance that I have ordered OUT of the oven of a mailbox. Anyway I just wanted to share this tidbit with you and just say THANK YOU for what you do for us out here in the fragrance community. I love watching you and your videos. You have helped save me a TON of cash and have educated me on quite a bit on fragrances. So once again thank you my friend and I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day today. Be well my Brother. Sincerely Dudley Hamby P.S. If you EVER have any Creed Aventus clone giveaways or any Creed Aventus sample give aways PLEASE keep this poor boy in mind. Thank you 🙏
Sorry but I've got to correct you on the fragrance concentration thing. No the concentration of fragrance oil isn't necessarily an absolute indicator of the strength of performance of a fragrance. As for example Dior Sauvage EDT easily outperforms the EDP and Parfum
Real quick Antonio, just because something is an EDT rather than EDP, that doesn't mean it won't last as long. Sauvage is a wonderful example. The EDP and Parfums were designed that way because they were fresher mixes than the spicy EDT, BUT the EDT still commonly lasts longer. 14 hours on my own skin
You can smell it even after 30 hours if you smell your skin. Point is how longer it still projects outwards. There is no straight answer to it they usually have 2-3 hours difference.
I'm using Lattafa Fakhar, it's getting me 10+ hours! I live in a pretty hot and humid country which makes it even more impressive! Here are some tips - try to apply on clean skin (after a morning shower, drying your body down), use a deodorant on your armpits and other areas, except where you intend to spray your fragrances, and to me, spraying on chest area is better than spraying on the neck. (also, hey Antonio, mind checking middle eastern brands like Lataffa? they are really good)
I love diesel only the brave tattoo, not many people in my area have it and I love wearing it but it's been my signature scent for about a year now. With that being said I become nose blind to it after 3 sprays, but I have people giving me compliments. So what I do to make it stand out is I put on an unscented lotion on and then spray the cologne. Makes it last a little longer and I can smell it myself! I hope this helps
"One O One Men Experience Giorgio Valenti" lasts all day, you can even smell it after clothes have been washed. Not strong but still gentle as was when first applied.
Ralph Lauren, Safari for men. Extremely strong in the beginning, but lasts forever. What also works well is real cologne (like 4711) which initially can be used lightly so as not to be overpowering and refreshed during the day with a drop of water on the skin parts it was applied onto, at least thats my experience.
Completely agree with Antonio.. I appy perfume on clothes too right under the callar on both side.. Benefits are incase perfume is highly concentrated oil stains are not visible.. Area under the callar is not exposed to direct sunlight hence it doesn't fade away under the sun and lasts longer...
This has always made me wonder about the differences in cologne's. I remember back in the 1980's when "Giorgio" came out. It was $100 back then. It was the opposite of most discussions on colognes not lasting long. This one lasted for 2-3 days until it wore off. It was the strongest cologne I ever used. I had to quit using it because even one spray was too strong and overpowering. Besides, everyone was buying it and you smelled it everywhere. Does anyone remember Giorgio , and Why did it last so long when all others conked out?
I remember "Giorgio" I really liked its scent and it did have tremendous staying power. At that time I was very loyal to Polo "Green" in fact I still love it even if some believe it's dated. Those two were the big ones in this small area back in the 1980s.
@@GTLees Great cologne's never date. They live on. The cheaper fad versions like "007" become a collectors item, but only that. Not considered a great creation. Not an Icon like Giorgio.
Personally I always prefer EDP over EDT because I’d rather have a stronger scent last shorter and reapply throughout the day as needed, than having it last too long. And I know someone might be like “well EDP lasts longer” yes it may but that’s why I choose it because 9/10 I only use it and want it to last for a couple hours, 6-8 if anything!
What do you mean? EDP has a stronger scent and a longer performance than EDT. And EDP lasts longer than EDT, so if you want it for a couple hours, consider an EDT or eau de fraiche, not EDP.
I use Prada for men, I spray a little bit in my bath soap and afterwards a little here and there, I smell it throughout the whole day and get compliments on how great it smells
I just got a bottle of Hugo Boss Bottled Oud and DAYYUUUUM 🔥 It smells amazing. Anyone who likes woody-spicy-sweet colognes, believe me Give this one a try
Hi Antonio! First of all, thanks for your amazing videos and good tips. I discovered Antaeus by Chanel when I was only 20 years old, and from that moment on, it became “my fragrance”, and even today, at 56, I still wear it. It is a fragrance that is not easy to find in all perfumeries, at least in my city / country (I’m from Barcelona, Spain), and only in a few occasions I have met another person who also wore it. Sometimes I alternate it with other fresher or softer fragrances (especially in summer), but I always return to my beloved and faithful Antaeus. Do you know this fragrance? And if so, what do you think about it?
@@haydenbrayton try this: After your shower/bath, spray cologne on your chest (x2), pits (x2), neck (x2), wrists (1 each), & your unmentionables (x2) for a week straight. Then go a week without using it, and tell me if you can still small it
I return to D&G The One simply because it lasts- I’ve used to use Nautical Voyage in the summer but 2020 vintage seems less memorable. So now I use Versace Pour Homme, great fragrance, lasts longer and a good alternative to Armani .
Yes dude! I know alot of people say that the new batch sucks but it doesn't. I got a 2019 batch and that thing lastes forever on my skin, and on my hoodie it lasted about 2 weeks and I could still smell it
I have spent thousands on high end scents. Most are EDP versions. That being said....the ones that are supposed beast mode, I spray about 6 sprays on me when I go out and 2 hours later scents have faded to the point that they are not even there. The only cologne that I have bought that is truly beast mode is Black Orchid. Three sprays of that juice and it lasts ALL night long. So yea.....
Yes true.. I hear this from a Doctor too.. He said if you're accustomed to a pill you wont feel it anymore that is why sometime people need stronger medicine.. the best way to cure illness is by a traditional way and do any best way to avoid it and strengthen our immune..
I just spray 2-3 times on my wrist, rub both wrists together quickly, and then rub both wrists behind my ear. It's never overpowering, and lasts long enough.
I love Savage and it lasts forever on me but I do become nose blind to it. When I ask people if they smell it they usually do and many times even after I don't smell it anymore I get compliments from people in grocery lines and things like that. Getting nose blind to your favorite fragrance sucks!
Well as a teenager i wear Y edp. Sauvage edp. Pdm layton, d&g light blue intence and as my signature allure homme sport eau extreme. They all last me more than 10 hours. I worked all summer just to get better style clothing and all of that
Some fragrances I can smell all day on me. Some disappear within an hour. Seems when I was much younger, an after shave or Eau de Cologne would last all day. Now, EDP rarely makes it through the entire day. I take great measures to bathe and moisturize my skin. I also apply petroleum jelly to my wrists, and bottom of my neck then I atomize the fragrance to pulse points: my wrists, inside elbows, sides of my neck and behind my ears, base of my neck, chest under my pecs. Behind my knees, and ankles. Even with all that, I sometimes lose a fragrance within an hour. Club de Nuit… one of my top 5! ALWAYS gets a compliment and I can smell it at the end of the day. I like that! I do consider I’m nose blind to some fragrances now.

How do you make your cologne last longer? Comment below!
U r obliviously correct here in India 🇮🇳
Due to temperatures we use lots of fragrances ❤️ u Antonio great video found helpful
Can we get a video on khaki pants and whether or not to iron a crease in them? Also do's and donts when matching shoes and shirts with them?
Please forgive me if you have already covered this, but what is the best way to store colognes?
Layering is another way. If you have a shower gel and body lotion that are the same scent as your cologne, the set will make the overall scent last longer.
I usually just drink a couple sips of the cologne so I sweat it out throughout the day.
LOL

This man knows what he’s doing. Pure class 🧐
Stop dude...just stop. Someone is gonna take you seriously.
Lmao nice
It's the best place to test for 3 reasons:
1) It's a warm place because your arteries and also because your sweater or shirt keeps rubbing against it so the transition will be faster than normal.
Goodluck!
You’re a game changer man
you just gave more useful info than almost all fragrance channels out there. i'm gonna try that hair spray trick
👌👌👌👌👌
Well written. Bedankt!
I dont like the idea of spraying it in your hair for two reasons
1. Cologne contains alcohol and alcohol will dry out your hair.
2. Most people or people like me use hair products so overall the smell will change.
It's a fact of life: Put on a perfume that costs 200 dollars and nobody will notice. But let out a silent fart, and EVERYONE notices immediately.

The spray-on-fabric point is very important. I've had certain EdPs last days on certain garments, when the skin component died after the first bath or shower. Staining, however, should always be a concern, especially on light coloured clothes, and special care should be taken with very oily parfums.

2: Initio oud for greatness
3: Nishane Hacivat
4: Montale Arabian Tonka
5: YSL TUXEDO

I'm a simple guy and I really like 007, Jaguar Classic Black, and Invincible Extreme. These aren't $$$ but I like the smell and it lasts as long as I want them too and they just don't stain or get oily on my skin or clothes so I've been sticking to them.

Which perfume would you recommend for humid environment?
@@JulioGuevara96 in high humidity, I get better performance from fragrances that have a higher “synthetic“ base. Some brands that are popular in this category are Mancera and Montale. They can be quite polarizing but most of their perfumes deliver good performance.
BODY OIL/BUTTER/LOTION anything "greasy" applied before fragrance helps slow or even stop the evaporation process. I apply fragrance directly on the skin after prepping it (moisturised skin is key) and maybe one or two sprays on my clothing. My clothes still smell good a week later when I'm doing laundry.

Yep. Putting cologne on moisturized (or lotioned) skin is best
What’s the best type of lotion or moisturizer to use that will allow the fragrance to last longer?
@@craigt305 whatever lotion you prefer, but make sure if it has a fragrance, it's subtle. Something like lubriderm or a shea..BUUUUUTAHHHH!...sorry.
@@craigt305 I would actually use something unscented like cocoa butter

The way you store a fragrance makes a huge difference. Keep fragrances out of harsh light, humidity and heat. A lot of people keep their fragrances in the bathroom, which is one of the worst places to keep a fragrance. I keep mine stored in a dark, air conditioned room.
I put mine in my boxer/ sock drawer
Blackhawks That’s a great place!
I put mine in my closet
I really really appreciate it my friend top tier explanation
I heard putting Vaseline on your skin where you spray the Cologne because the Vaseline will keep the cologne from Absorbing in your skin

Coz in Cool Temperatures its lill difficult to smell the Fragrance/Notes Exactly.
Cold also makes people lose their sense of smelling coz of nose blocking.

I just got mine today, only lasted two hours with 4 sprays and I cant smell it at all anymore, idk if I got a bad batch or what but it’s annoying
@@danieldoolan5115 did you ask people around you to see if they smell it
Better replica on Amazon. Club de Nuit smells like pledge lemon cleaner. There's a replica on Amazon.
Dry skin ruins fragrance.
incredible how detailed this advise is. you really took the time to really look into the situation. we all appreciate you for that antonio!

ONLY the elixir is awesome. the others don't smell the same for some reason. very different scents.
Very true. I love middle eastern oils.

I can't believe you're wearing a Monta Ocean King. You've got good taste in watches!
BTW, my favorite fragrances are Pineapple Vintage King Intense, L'Homme Prada EDT, BVGARI AQVA Amara, Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme EDT, CHHC CH Men Prime EDT, Azzaro Wanted By Night EDP, and of course, Christian Dior Sauvage EDT... Issey Miyaki Intense or or Bleue are always a solid option- mainly apply on front and back of neck, face, wrists and temples. Great video!
Awesome

Joop Homme must be the most long lasting fragrance I ever used and the most compliments ever for any of my fragrence
CK One is long lasting
Spraying clothing works. Also, an unscented lotion helps with longevity.
Great video Antonio! Can you make a budget video on the topic? 5 $50, $100 and $100+ colognes?
EDT is not weakest, because it has often more top notes, top notes are more agressive, so EDT should be more aggressive but doesnt last as long, EDP will last longer because it has more basenotes witch will smell a little darker, but it will also be less agressive :)
I usually layer my colognes with Molecule 01…
I spray the molecule 01 wherever I choose and then I spray my cologne directly over those same spots.
In my opinion, it helps with projection and longevity.
Just add the body oil u can make scents with and it will last forever always works for me...the way I smell is the ultimate ice breaker for me makes my job insanely easy
Do you mean mix body oil and perfume together
Baccarat rouge 540 , or parfums de marly Layton. Two signature scents
Br540 is beast but its clone tk4 is dragon though
Armani Code Absolu, Prada Luna Rossa Black and Azzaro wanted by night 🔥🔥🔥
in the morning:
- Take a shower
- use a neutral smelling moisturizer /petroleum jelly (not really recommanded but better than nothing)
EDIT for mommy's little benders: petrolyum jelly a.k.a vaseline is rather an emergency tool and should NOT be used EVERYDAY ALL OVER your body.
- spray on your liquid courage after(!) putting on your clothes
- profit
Not taking grooming advice from someone who rubs petroleum jelly all over their body😤
@@jpatt85
1. read again: (not really recommanded but better than nothing)
2. all over your body?! even if you go with vaseline you apply a little bit to the pulse points you are going to spray on.
Cheers.
Just use Vaseline intensive care unscented moisturizer. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone
Thank you 🙏
Been using paco robana 1 million for years and love it..
Sorry but I've got to correct you on the fragrance concentration thing. No the concentration of fragrance oil isn't necessarily an absolute indicator of the strength of performance of a fragrance. As for example Dior Sauvage EDT easily outperforms the EDP and Parfum
Zaharoff Signature Pour Homme. Smells fantastic and I can still smell it on my skin 13 hours later.
Love this one!!!
Correct 💯
Yves Saint Laurent is my go to fragrance for an everyday life. But for the winter or date nights I use Stronger With You Intensely
I'm glad someone finally mentioned the fakes out there.
Mont Blanc Explorer. It was kind of a blind buy and my best perfume so far, best performing one I've had and compliment getter like you don't know...
This guy truly knows his stuff👌🏿
Try layering your fragrance with Molecule 01. That usually improves your fragrance’s performance
What is molecule 01 ?
The old givenchy play intense still my favourite ever
Ralph Lauren, Safari for men. Extremely strong in the beginning, but lasts forever. What also works well is real cologne (like 4711) which initially can be used lightly so as not to be overpowering and refreshed during the day with a drop of water on the skin parts it was applied onto, at least thats my experience.
Chanel bleu is my favourite. Brilliant
Completely agree with Antonio.. I appy perfume on clothes too right under the callar on both side.. Benefits are incase perfume is highly concentrated oil stains are not visible.. Area under the callar is not exposed to direct sunlight hence it doesn't fade away under the sun and lasts longer...
Back in the days of vintage colognes nobody would even think of using creams with cologne!!
Are you talking about acqua di gio?
I remember "Giorgio" I really liked its scent and it did have tremendous staying power. At that time I was very loyal to Polo "Green" in fact I still love it even if some believe it's dated. Those two were the big ones in this small area back in the 1980s.
@@GTLees Great cologne's never date. They live on. The cheaper fad versions like "007" become a collectors item, but only that. Not considered a great creation. Not an Icon like Giorgio.
@@Vespasion1 Yes, I agree.

This comment doesn’t make a whole lot of sense g
I use Prada for men, I spray a little bit in my bath soap and afterwards a little here and there, I smell it throughout the whole day and get compliments on how great it smells
I just got a bottle of Hugo Boss Bottled Oud and
DAYYUUUUM 🔥
It smells amazing. Anyone who likes woody-spicy-sweet colognes, believe me
Give this one a try
#1-Acqua Di Giò, Profumo. Longest
lasting cologne I know of, plus I
get a lot of compliments.
#2-Polo Black, nuff said.
I use cologne on my body. I've went months without using it -- cause of the lockdown & staying indoors -- & I could still smell it on me.
Do you by chance ever wash your clothes?
@@haydenbrayton of course I do. Always.
Rudo Junior Makonco Then how does one still smell cologne on their body a month later?
@@haydenbrayton try this:
After your shower/bath, spray cologne on your chest (x2), pits (x2), neck (x2), wrists (1 each), & your unmentionables (x2) for a week straight.
Then go a week without using it, and tell me if you can still small it
Rudo Junior Makonco That’s not healthy my man. I use one spray on the collar of my shirt.
I apply Vaseline were I apply the fragrance, it always works for me. Another tip just apply on your shirt, holds better.
I return to D&G The One simply because it lasts- I’ve used to use Nautical Voyage in the summer but 2020 vintage seems less memorable. So now I use Versace Pour Homme, great fragrance, lasts longer and a good alternative to Armani .
My Tom Ford Oud minerale lasts for days... And when I've sprayed it on clothes... Even longer. Amazing longevity 👌
My fart lasts for weeks...
There's no way you couldnt smell club de nut after 2 hours that stuff last all day
Ikr? Like how? Maybe longer then 24hrs
Not anymore
Yes dude! I know alot of people say that the new batch sucks but it doesn't. I got a 2019 batch and that thing lastes forever on my skin, and on my hoodie it lasted about 2 weeks and I could still smell it
It goes for ten hours easy. Even sweaty as hell. All you do is spread it

So yea.....
Same here. Hacivat and Naxos just don't last on me :/
Tom Ford Ombré Leather EDP lasts so long. It’s an amazing scent.
How much was it?
Zeke Ahmaud about $180 for a 100ml or about $135 for 50ml
Wore it yesterday, performance is incredible
By far longest lasting cologne I own ! And smells incredible
I love Savage and it lasts forever on me but I do become nose blind to it. When I ask people if they smell it they usually do and many times even after I don't smell it anymore I get compliments from people in grocery lines and things like that. Getting nose blind to your favorite fragrance sucks!
I don’t think dry skin helps with longevity of fragrance . A good tip is to apply a small amount of Vaseline and then spray onto that
Add molecule O1 before using any fragrance. It extends the longevity
Silver oud from Amouage. Spray it on my skin in the morning to go to work (10 hours) and came home took a shower but I still smell it on my skin.
I think the first man had been suffering from COVID-19...😂😂
Then I must of had COVID-19 about 10 years now lol
Shiddd Den I Must Got Covid I Can’t Smell Mine After Some Hours 😂
Well as a teenager i wear Y edp. Sauvage edp. Pdm layton, d&g light blue intence and as my signature allure homme sport eau extreme. They all last me more than 10 hours.
I worked all summer just to get better style clothing and all of that
Dior sauvage EDT is the longest lasting out of the edp and parfum
If you mean the old Sauvage formulations, then yes. The current formulations are weak.
It’s damn near too strong. Last on me all day and night just one spray.
Definitely not for me. Parfum EASILY had stronger projection and longevity than the EDT, in my experience.
