    If I'm right, the engine you got is the Briggs&Stratton- the Suzuki /Toros were a one piece cylinder/ cylinder head ...😊

    In my projects ,it appears the Suzuki and Lawn Boy Engines had a much more reliable ignition ..

    That's a bummer about the 1 inch shaft......I hope my 4.5hp 2 stroke has a 3/4 in shaft. I wanted to make a diy motoped / dual sport moped 🛵.
    I'm hoping if mine is 1in that I can find a 1in clutch. Or some type of bolt on bslanced reducer coupler kit. Or go jackshaft, cvt etc...A high compression head E85 build would give it some kick.

    What a great use for a 2 stroke snow blower engine! I had a buddy growing up who owned a Desert Fox mini bike/motorcycle. It had a Tecumseh 2 stroke on it, full sized spoke motorcycle wheels and tires, that thing was awesome! Great video!

    Thats awesome fast for a mini bike. My first ever bike as a kid was a homemade mini bike me and my dad built. Had no chain guard on it and my sister fell and ripped her leg open on the comet clutch. After that it turned into a mini 3 wheeler. Took the rear axel out of an old Toro lawn mower. Fun till I grew out of it. Thanks for the vid, brings back good memories 👍👍

    Awesome use of an old snowblower engine! Those things are really affordable used! I would like to see how much difference a torque converter set up would make! It sounded like it was running great once the rpms reached a certain point. Great video! Thanks!

    A torque converter and jackshaft would really improve the acceleration and bottom-end, but wheelies could be a problem.

    That lil 141 really performs with a slide carb! what size carb you running? And what's your gearing ?

    • @CineMotoYT
      @CineMotoYT  ปีที่แล้ว

      It does rip pretty good! The Carburetor is a Mikuni VM24. The current gearing setup is a 10T Clutch with a 75T Rear Sprocket.

    2-cycle typically has higher idle, did you change springs in clutch for higher engagement? (girl mechanic) 🛵💇🏻‍♂️💕

    • @CineMotoYT
      @CineMotoYT  ปีที่แล้ว

      You are correct. Changing the clutch springs would definitely benefit this bike, might be a future upgrade!

    Dude that's badass..! I watched the build video. Been looking for a KTM 50 to do swap or a KTM replacement engine.
    Maybe I build a legit Blaster motor again like i had in my race quad...

    • @CineMotoYT
      @CineMotoYT  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I remember years ago you could get replica KTM50 engines on eBay. Lots of older 50cc bikes out there to pick from though (KTM, Cobra, Lem, Polini , ATK, Husqvarna, to name a few!)
