Game Description
Life Is Strange is a five part episodic game that sets out to revolutionise story based choice and consequence games by allowing the player to rewind time and affect the past, present and future.
You are Max, a photography senior who saves her old friend Chloe by discovering she can rewind time. The pair soon find themselves exposed to the darker side of Arcadia Bay as they uncover the disturbing truth behind the sudden disappearance of a fellow student.
Meanwhile, Max begins to have premonitions as she struggles to understand the implications of her power. She must quickly learn that changing the past can sometimes lead to a devastating future.

Max deserves it, she deserves to suffer after everything wrong she did, she wanted to be a hero instead a good friend so she had this coming. Instead of blaming everyone about this stupid Kate, she should support Chloe. So friend she is. I would never want to have a friend like Max. People like her are the worst when it comes to be a friend. On the other hand I would like to have a friend like Chloe.
This shit traumatised me when I played it a couple weeks ago. That nightmare sequence, or just that depressing talk with Kate... I was walking through the Nightmare halls, Jefferson caught me out of the blue, and it honestly made me throw the Xbox controller across the room... I've never done that before in a game.
One of the really scary bits is when we received that text from William and suddenly our phone started bugging out... We're receiving threatening texts from everyone, including Frank's dog! That shit just isn't right!
Pompidou's text is funny though.

In my playthrough, Frank was chasing me along with Mark and everyone. At one time he said "Flipping those beans wasn't cool, I was eating those beans. I WAS EATING THOSE FUCKING BEANS" and honestly, i never laughed so hard in my life

That's what I liked about that version of Max. She had good points. If you choose the "Destiny." option for why Max would go so far for Chloe, the other Max rightfully accuses Chloe of taking advantage of Max and stringing her along with Rachel, drugs, and so on.
That confrontation with herself (or rather the manifestation of her feelings of guilt and doubts) was one the best part of the game.

The reason this scene creeped me out so much is because I thought it was really happening to Max; not just a nightmare. Up to that point, we had done so much back and forth time traveling, I though Max had just lost track and forgot what "reality" was hers. Thus somehow ending up in a loop in multiple realities and times at once. There's something really scary about that to me for some reason. It would imply nothing you do would have any significance and you'd live the same moments over and over again for eternity. (The thought of that already creeped my out at the the end of Ep. 3, where we basically erased all our accomplishments by saving William in the past.)
speaking of William, he was originally planned to show up in the nightmare maze near Warren's locker where you can take the optional photo. The unused dialogue has him calling you out depending on whether you decided to kill alternate Chloe or not, these include: "First you kill me, then you killed my little girl, now I have to wonder if you're going to do the same to Joyce." "I thought you Chloe's Friend max, you saw how much pain she was in, Why didn't you honor her wish?" and the most chilling is, "Max, I hope someone else gets to make the decision to let you die."
Some hate this nightmare part, but I loved it.

The most creepy part here when is Max walks through the girl's dorm in endless hallways, in which took me some time to figure out where the fucking hell is the exit. It is also the very episode where it drives me insane, especially the nightmare sequences (having goosebumps!), and the funny part here is that I was playing this game in the middle of the night - lights OFF!!!

I noticed that Victoria showed up to Chloe's funeral. At first I was confused, but now I'm starting to think that Max's subconscious knows something that I don't.
Sure Lock She most likely showed up because of Max. In the end Max becomes friends with everyone including Victoria, Taylor and Courtney.

Although I admit this game is great and i was really attached to play it, even when I was at work I really wanted to get home ASAP to play and know how it ended.
@@thefourthchairman4151 in my experience, it just made me get existential crisis about the game, for everything to suddenly go psychological, it made me doubt that we even ever had the rewind power and it was all a dream, not the mention how emotionally attached i was to the story and the characters, i almost felt what Max was probably feeling in that moment, maybe even as proposed by the game, we broke the fabrics of time and space and everything got ruined, and Max could be stuck in that version of the universe until death, basically yeah that's the purpose of the scene, its just some people get affected by it and some don't. that whole part just made me appreciate Chloe a lot more, not as if i didn't already, and I made the selfish decision of keeping her alive and moving on, a decision i'm not proud of, but definitely wont regret. in the end its just a game.

I saw some debates on steam saying that Warren was a suspect because the "go ape" could be a bait to take the girls and kill them since it was 60 miles away, or because there is an episode that we can see Warren spying on Max through the window etc

I mean it's 100% confirmed at the end of the game when they romantically kiss if you choose to sacrifice Chloe. Friends don't kiss friends that long or that sensually. But yeah there have been a million clues before that including most of this nightmare.
Even if you kiss warren, Max writes in her journal that she sees Warren as a brother and don't have feelings for him. And if you don't kiss Chloe when she dare you to kiss her, Max writes that she wanted to. And at the end she confirms in her journal that she has feeling for Chloe. If you don't believe me just play the game and you'll see. Pricefield is real.
And let's be honest. The pricefield kiss at the end is way better than the Marren kiss and shows true love. When max kiss Warren is just for one second and it's like " ok Warren u got your kiss now stop stalking me or I'm gonna friendzone you for the rest of my life as usual " lmao
MegaWalkingTime Developers already confirmed that Pricefield is the ultimate pairing, and the deeper romance in this game. Game confirms that Max has feelings for Chloe,I agree.
I don't think that was a nightmare. I think it was all timelines overlaping each other and reality just... tearing apart

I am beginning to think that 'other' Max was actually Rachel. Chloe seemed to know exactly who she was and because of how the game ended she had no way to explain this to Max. If that is indeed Rachel she appears to be very angry at Chloe. The following sequence after Chloe intervenes could be Chloe showing Rachel what she missed.

I think it's more of a curse than a power, you can see that she can't control the wind or the fire, it just sorta happened and then when she was stabbed by Damon the fire just disappeared. My theory is that she couldn't control her power, unlike Max.

***** Yup, I'm pretty sure it's just a nightmare. But to me it seems like the part where Max goes into the Two Whales and encounters a bunch of people blaming her for "killing them" might be foreshadowing the 'Sacrifice Arcadia Bay' ending. Also, maybe the part where you walk through memories with Chloe is foreshadowing to letting her die in the other ending. Chloe does talk about their memories from that week being the best farewell gift. I don't really know, just thinking out loud here.
