I followed this and anothr video set. learned a lot and got er done. I did end up just welding a 36mm nut to a socket and used that as my "Chrysler Tool" worked like a charm. my pinion looked like one of those cheap pinions from an RC car that you put way too much power on. the teeth were gone
the old ring gear should be stamped 3.55 unless someone changed it, I just got a ram 1500 with loose pinion bearings in the bottom of the housing, so I'm doing the same job
