This man is an amazing master in his job. With his help, through online consultation, we repaired two 5KV UPS controller board. . Only after describing the problem, he immediately showed us the damaged part... Now both of UPS working like a new. Lots of thanks and recommendations from me.

In your case was there any physically visible sign of fault with the driver sub-board? Was it a broken resistor or diode? If so I could probably check the driver boards more quickly, and not needing to make a signal frequency. Thank you for your in depth video. Subscribed and liked.

There is nothing physically damaged any diode or resistor. But I have done it for knowledge sharing. I think this is easy way to understand drive board.

is it normal to have flash arc from the back of the ups SRT10kva while doing ups test from the settings ?

I've tried this on two UPS now - SRT6K and SRT5K - with 02000 Event code 107 - in both cases all of the outputs read 17.xx volts when triggered with the 3VDC button cell. Do you think there is anywhere else worth checking?
One of them seems slow to raise to 17.xx VDC. I am thinking to swap that and see.

Don't apply 3VDC directly on optocouplers input. Use 100 Ohm resistance in series with 3v cell.
This is what I am sharing is not SOP OF APC but my shortcut to reduce time. Otherwise you will use signal generator, power supply and oscilloscope to check optocouplers.
replace weak Optocoupler.

As per your statement your UPS is dead and no response when switching on UPS.
There are various conditions.
Battery fuse F1 may be open.
Resistors R212, R245, R246 and R247 all having 4.7ohm resistance connected in parrallel may be open.
Q40 chopper switching transistor may be faulty.
R71, R194 and R195 having 1ohm value may be open.
IC12 UC3843 may be faulty.
Q45 used to switching ON UPS may be faulty.
Or
Check "ON button". With ribbon cable.

Sir i have sa ups apc srt10va that is showing 02000 with an error log Output relay weld code 164. ..what is the possibility fault and how to repair it?
Output relay weld event code is 165 for SRT10kva ups.
Now coming to Output relay weld.
Output relay may be fault or drive of relay is misbehaving.
Traic across relay may be short or drive of traic.
This fault is it on the inverter board or the pfc board ?

Pl see video carefully.
Same fault with "Inverter Hardware Ckt Event code 107"
First check IGBT and drives as shown in video. If problem remain then refresh EEPROm.

I found that a line was broken due to corrosion, I have repaired it but the error is still the same
