I've never met him but he seemed to like the bike 😊 Very nice and reliable bike for a long time still. I had 0 issues with the T7.

Nice upgrades! Does the mounting clamps in the handlebars for the barkbusters hit the SW-motech bag when fully locked in either direction?
No. The tank bag is adjustable and works good even with this bar.
How much weight did you save removing the centre stand? Thanks for all the tips, learnt alot in a short video 👍
I think its something like 4-5 kg. Cant remember exactly.
I also run that ProTaper Adventure, but I think it's been discontinued.

How difficult is it to put that protective film on curved surfaces? Would it be worth the hassle to cover body parts on a cruiser?
The film itself is pretty expensive and hard to install so I recommend paying a professional to put it on. Definitely worth it to almost anything in my opinion.
5:42 did you protect it with generic ppf foil or did you get pre-cut ones for the T7 (do you remember where did you get them if so) ?
Don't know the brand as I had mine professionally installed in a local shop called "painopiste" in Raahe, Finland.
But it was a normal PPF film tha they cut during installation. It had the self healing properties also that are usual with the PPF films.

i did have the swmotec centerstand, if you go offroad I would not recommend this. it bangs araound it isnt stable. I am now not using any centerstand, just a small trailstand, much lighter and very easy to use.
This tends to be a probelm with most if not all centerstands. Not very good for offroad use and heavy.
I don't use them in my bikes anymore even though some servicing is much easier with it on.
99.9% of the time they are just a problem on the bike.
