What size is the dish that you are using for these quantities? If you use just one packet of of Tennis biscuits ( ?200gms) what size pie dish would you recommend?
I'm not sure of the size I used It's a very old pan but u can estimate if u make your biscuits if u throw in the pan and if it looks to little just add more biscuits, or if u want biscuits only at the bottom 1 packet should be enough or if u want the crust to come up on the sides u will need more try by using 20cm round baking tin I usually use a round Pyrex dish, also I had some filling left after pouring in my dish
Will never taste like a cape malay milktart but it is a South African milktart and this one doesn't taste like a custard tart,but like I said in video I'm malay so I will always prefer malay milktart.

Hi baking powder and baking soda is 2 different ingredients but cornflour and cornstarch or maizena is the same just different names
