If you used Motorcraft plugs they would last longer. I get 60k miles out of them and pull a 6k pound trailer 90% of the time., 2018 F-150

The conditon of the O2 sensor and spark plug are certainly because of the Boostane that leash orange residue. Did you think of using real race fuel VP MS109 that dosn't leash residue compare to additive fuel ?

It’s crazy because i’ve been having this same problem on James tune or even on stock. Also have been getting popping out the exhaust. Also thinking about changing change the spark plugs, coils , possibly the oxygen sensors , or whatever is making my car pop / throwing the code ( 90174 ) every blue moon. Trynna get to the bottom of it

My buuck 3800 loves valvoline advanced or castrol edge. Pennzoil burns off while these 2 can last 3k miles with little oil loss

Doing new unused oil sampling is pretty much worthless for comparison to anything. You need to do oil sampling using oil that was actually used in an engine and it needs to be from the same engine for good accurate comparisons. Things like piston ring size, material, coating, bore surface roughness, crosshatch pattern as well as others will affect the results of the sampling report. One oil may be good in one engine and not so good in others. I DO very much appreciate your efforts in doing this testing. Lots of good information can be found on Lake Speed Jr's TH-cam videos under the name " The Motor Oil Geek ". He is a bit annoying, but gives unbiased honest results. Remember, additives go in the gas tank, not in the crankcase. Thanks.

This test does not show the actual benefits of these products. But your test does give some data.

The Prolong and Lucas products you have is an oil thickener. So of course it is going to raise the viscosity. Can't you see it with your own eyes ?

A four door ram pulled me on the street sometime back in my 1.6 ecoboost escape with a turbo boost module, air intake and exhaust. I came off a dead idle. Probably should’ve foot braked it. We were even until 55mph when he just eased away from me.

first time i used prolong was 27 years ago. the Mitsubishi i drove burned oil and when it got low in oil it used alot more gas. added it & i had to make sure i check the oil. i still use it today in everything i owned & have never lost a motor

a normal car would take about 4-5quarts of amsoil ss. would it have made a difference if you used 12oz bottle as recommended?

I'm finally spending the cash... I'm upgrading the turbos on my MKZ: 46x56mm compressor and 50mm 8 blade CR Performance MAR-M turbine. I'm sure the lag will be noticeable, but this is no longer my daily. It still needs to be streetable, though. Take care!
