Roberto and company, I am looking for recommendations for a shop to replace my motor. I have a 2017 MKZ 3L AWD. The head gasket is blown. When the motor is replaced. I am also going to upgrade the turbos. I am looking for other upgrade suggestions. I have the ability to transport the car so distance with in reason is not an issue. Under 350 milesish. I am in Cincinnati Oh.
you should ask Torrie to add 2nd gear launching in sport mode. and keep first gear in drive. that way you can test and play with both. at a certain power level 1st gear becomes useless and in your runs 1-2nd shift sounds rough. i ran 11.97 on MKZ turbos using 2nd gear launching. You should try it out and see how you do i bet for your turbos it'll be beneficial. Congratulations by the way!! i love to see us 3.0 owners getting quicker and quicker!
@@twinforce_fusion6560 I have unleashed and 100% stock trans as well and use 2nd gear launching all the time. my most recent video i uploaded is me using 2nd gear launching. Torrie can add it easily. its also what Marcelino uses when he does runs too. Just putting the word out lol

What’s your build date? Are you sure it’s a head gasket and not the early head casting issue?
how was the fitment with the 3.0 engine and transmission?? looking to do the same with mine soon
