You probably need to get a more modern look at Kagerou - it changed quite a bit and has a wonderful intro usually.

I can’t understand Marley Eldians perspective because they are people perpetuating hate and trying to kill off their own race on Paradis for Marley yet still getting no respect or better treatment from Marley. They are trying to kill off their own race at the mercy of their own oppressors and tormentors. Helping Marley defeat Paradis doesn’t help their oppression outside the walls. It’s futile and plain stupid.

There's no real "villain" in this story. Zeke amongst others has done some inexcusable things, but this is not about justifying his actions, more making us understand how he got to that point. Even Grisha who was revealed to be an awful father, isn't all evil and we know it. It's all about perspective. Like many other people, Zeke's a victim of the one true enemy of this show: war. Look no further than the intro: There are no villains, no heroes, just the never ending cycle of hate, violence and destruction.

The song title ‘Kagerou’ is written in Japanese katakana, 'カゲロウ'. The Japanese for your video title is ‘タトゥー’ in katakana. This means ‘tattoo’ and the song had been called by this name, before recorded on the third album.

Personally, my favorite version is the 2021 budokan version. Su's mature voice and emotions bring out the song more. But great song/reaction regardless!

This may have be written (by Yuyoyuppe) as a Su solo song, because Su was the most vocal about stepping out of their Kawaii image. She was older than the others and it has a more mature sound to it. BBAB always felt like it was supposed to be a Black Babymetal song to me, but Moa didn't want to sing solo songs (she said so) so they stopped doing any solos...for now. Tattoo/Kagerou would have made a better single than Starlight IMO.

Looking forward to Rondo of Nightmare. And you still got Amore to go as well. But once you've done Amore, I would suggest that you circle back to Akatsuki and do the _Unfinished_ version. Especially if you like piano and strings.

This is from Rock am Ring Festival in 2018. Festival audios are always not that good. The song was debuted live earlier that year during tour and had no official title, during that time the fans calls it "tattoo". The song was released later in 2019. The song was originally meant to be a Su solo but later became a full Babymetal song. In term of the outfits, it's them changing into a new lore called "The Darkside" hence the different outfit, showing their more mature side. It's also the first tour without Yui while she was on hiatus due to health issue. Her official departure came later that year. The whole tour was a formation experiment with only Su and Moa with two other backup dancers. That's probably the main reason why the song later became full song, because usually if there's a new Su solo, there's new Black Babymetal song too. But since Yui left, they can't do Black Babymetal, which also affected Su solos. Anyway, can't wait for more! 🦊🦊🦊

If you want an amazing Su solo on Akatsuki level, check out *Amore (Wembley 2016).* Unfortunately, you’ll have to use “Babymetal reactor resource” with a built in watermark or copyright issues. There are compilations as well though. This performance happened in 2018, after Yui stopped performing, but before she officially left in Oct 2018. Also: shed a tear when I saw Takayoshi with Mikio’s guitar in this one 😢. Mikio’s widow gifted his guitar to Takayoshi after his passing. RIP, legend. 🤘🦊

Sumetal's singing is also amazing, but don't forget that the "KAMI band" of this era has the best members. Please pay attention to the world-class technique and sense of each player of each instrument. There are many videos from this era, so I recommend checking them out. It's amazing!
