What lead style do you think is better for a broader width of multifidus coverage, SPRINT’s or reactiv8’s? Because they are currently both on label for motor stimulation.
Is MRI done after few months to see if the treatment works?

I had one of these Injections in 1987 and have been left with several health problems ever since, Avoid having this injection at all cost, Injecting phenol acid into your spine is not going to end well

It only helped me for two weeks 😢
My pain management doctor wants to do this procedure I have a tear in my disc. Is this something you would recommend for a torn disc? And should a pain management doctor do this?

The study followed 50 patients who received a LinQ implant. The overall average percent of pain relief after treatment was 66.5% at an average follow-up of 613 days (20 months).
What I don’t understand is why Medicare stopped paying for RFA to the SI joint and opted to pay for this procedure. Patients should have a choice. RFA has proven to be effective and it relieved my pain for at least three years. why not get a RFA at the same time of this procedure so you can have pain relief while the fusion is taking place?
What do you think is better, the SPRINT or NALU system?

Endoscopy is superior....
Does the tissue in the spine eventually grow back??
I got neuropathy from Levaquin but initially it was in my legs and years later it spread into my upper back , neck and stomach/torso region. I was considering this as a last resort if my nutritional IV's , IGG infusion, and other couple of medications i wanted to try dont work. My pain is so widespread not sure if it will work for me. Im circling the drain i think at this point.
Thank you
What if you have severe vaccine injury, have spike protein blood antibody levels over 15,000 U/ml, severe depression and anxiety and microclots throughout the body?
Anyone, try a (?) trochanter belt first, doesn’t get rid of all but seems to help
Pain mgmt Dr is doing Inspan, been to two different surgeons, they said do it- done research, concerned about “subsission “ Prayers to all
Thanks doctor
I call it fix a flat,i need this
Will this help for long-term pain relief?
3-6 months usually. Fusion is the best long term fix.
I’m having the implant 8-28-24 If anyone has it how long did it take to get off high dose pain medications?
Usually a month or two to taper
Excellent explanation and video!
Glad you liked it!
Hi Doctor I was diagnosed with stenosis and I do all of the what you said walking leaned over shopping cart, sitting or bending makes it feel better. I'm planning on having surgery but I live alone. And don't have anyone to care for me, so could I give this a try and then consider surgery if it doesn't work please answer my question confused!
Your videos are very helpful!
Thank you for the informative video!
I got mine done a week ago.
How has it been? My doctor just recommended this procedure for me
Are there any videos showing a patient actually undergoing the procedure or at least a simulation of it? This would be so helpful.
Yes there is,for Inspan , gives an idea of what
Can this work for upper back pain also?
Han desinformado como otros youtubers
Any skin issues with the battery holder ?
yes
You can move it slightly around to lessen skin issues or take a break at night.
Will it help muscle spasms?
@@jeannefitzgerald9840have you had one implanted?
Great, helpful video. Thanks!
Hoping to get this procedure soon after many, many years of pain.
I had this S I joint stabilization done a week ago, I can’t tell you how much better I feel❤❤❤. No pain!!! I’m talking years of S I injections, eventually wearing off w/I 3 weeks. I am a happy camper, looking forward to having my other side done. I would recommend this procedure.
Thanks for sharing!!
I’m sorry, but it’s hard to imagine that fusion could have taken only a week, as a doctor pointed out it takes months. For most people as SI joint pain can and will come and go.
@@rmanbike It’s true. Hard to believe I know.
@@DianePatton-fl3sv not exactly, The plastic wedge they put to help the fusion actually separates the joint and that’s what’s relieving the pain not the fusion itself because it has not occurred.
How high up could this be placed in the cervical spine and where would the pulse generator be placed?
It can be placed in neck with battery mid/low back just below last rib
@@DrEdwardSRubin why not the shoulder/trap? If the leads were placed in the neck, and the IPG planted in the mid back, wouldn’t that require tunneling all the way down the T spine?
Is Cortisone the only medication injected to help relieve nerve pain?
All of the shots are usually cortisone. You can see videos about stimulators. Those are just electrical
I am a resident orthopedic doctor in Sudan, Africa, I'd like to learn more about this procedure as an observer I wonder if I can join you to learn more.
Thank you for the information.
Your welcome
Is the bone matrix harvested from your own body? IE ilium perhaps? I am in the early stages of considering this procedure Thanks
its pre formed from highly processed cadaver bone
Can trigger injections put people on wheight?
Depends on how much cortisone is in the shot, but probably not from one shot
How can trigger injections help my lower back, hips and legs?
TPI is helpful for muscle and inflamed joints but must be does have problems if you use it too often. For example, weight gain and bone loss and high blood sugar.
Thank you.
Your welcome
