Hey Doctor can you tell us what level Pffirmann grade is acceptable for this procedure and what are the Diagnostic, and Treatment codes for the procedure so people in need can inquire with their PCP and /or medical insurance representative? Thank you
My pain management doctor wants to do this procedure I have a tear in my disc. Is this something you would recommend for a torn disc? And should a pain management doctor do this?
I was wondering how PRP and this material together would work. I'm up for trying most anything instead of getting 2 disc replacements and I'm.paying out of pocket. Thank you for any new technology. I'm c6 and c7
@@DrEdwardSRubinit also would lead to higher infection with PRP so I wouldn’t recommend it with RPR. Maybe stem cell bc that’s what they use to use along side of this
Had it done yesterday and in my case it is very painful after procedure. Was totally knocked out for procedure but afterwards the area aches like the dickens and any bending or twist is excruciating. But I'm probably just a wimp. Your mileage may vary.
I call it fix a flat,i need this

Is MRI done after few months to see if the treatment works?
Its an option, but not standard to get imaging if patient is feeling better

I suppose it could be done. It would be expensive and experimental. I do not have experience combining with PRP
