My cats are called bomber moon gray gardens.and tinker star gray gardens.xxxxc love too you both and your cats...you will be remembered❤
Fabulous ~.~
I hope her later years were super happy!
A visionary
As long as there are sidewalks….wow, what a beautiful, snarky, comeback!
NYC in the 70s was so disgusting
Chris was the ultimate simp 💯
The restoration of the movie is absolutely amazing. The colors, the photography, everything. I got this version in Blu-Ray, and it's the most incredible I have seen in my life...
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH ❤
I have watched grey gardens for years and while doing ancestry found that a 3 rd cousin married phelan beale ,brother to little Edie ... its great knowing there is a connection lol
I love Edie so much, I wish I could have met her but we were born in different generations. I’ll just continue to watch her! Her face laughter talking draws me in, I hope she knows just how loved she was even though she’s gone she won’t be forgotten ❤
Man this just……hits. Fantastic
She's so beautiful ❤
I've never been able to put my hands on that ending soundtrack that I love...
i just love her
Was für ein guter Film. Hab ihn heute zum ersten Mal gesehen. Ein tolles Drama. Denn das ist es ja eigentlich. Sophia Loren ist so eine gute Schauspielerin. ❤
King of new york was very simliar to James Cagney's The Public Enemy. A modern retelling of it.
Drug lord riding the subway. Genius.
Bishop was in a hurry to die.
and holding his gun in public.
This is what other crime movies aspired to be!
Don’t ever watch this movie 🎥 after eating mushrooms 🍄
At one time, the cast of “Dark Victory” would have featured Ronald Reagan, as president, first, but with in 1939, Bogart and Davis and Davis were regarded as more of a box office draw.
Wonderful tribute to Joan.
Her mother held her back for just her wierd family responsibilities as she was a female and the father was weirdly dismissive and strict by over stepping his rules-her c shoes which she didn't need special shoes was just wierd .Eddie Still became unique and fought back.
This film is really grim.
Great match up with Edie and Nico. I wonder if they ever met! I do believe they were in some of the same circles Little Edie was a Warhol muse.
I wish she could've had her own life as a young woman.
This movie was an absolute masterpiece. Spike nailed every aspect of that heatwave blackout summer. Closest anyone has come to exposing the elite Untermeyer Park cult rituals. Has stood the test of time. And now for the (ar)rest of the show!
Wow😲💜🌷
Jackie Kennedy's first cousin
She’s quite frankly “ beyond camp “.
How did she remain so beautiful?
I feel Nico and Edie would have gotten on well.
This movie was garbage. And if anyone knows about that time it was me. And his storyline sucked. And his characters sucked. Main character is a Latino pretending to be an Italian. He doesn’t look Italian. And who wore a Mohawk back in my neighborhoods that I hung out in the Bronx. We all had nice haircuts and disco clothes. And this was months before Saturday Night Fever. Why not write about how this piece of trash affected our lives. I went looking for this piece of garbage and if we would have found him, he would still be recovering from the beating we would have given him. And I don’t want to hear that Michael Imperioli was a writer for this movie. He was 10 years old when I was in my TBird going around the neighborhoods with my buddies.
I think Adrian Brody's character being the main character would make this movie even better.
I've seen Grey Gardens more times than any other movie. I adore both Edie's. These Days and Nico's vocals fit so beautifully with these film clips.
I hated the ending I wanted him to make it so bad.
I just finished watching this movie. Never have I encountered a film with an ending that disgusted me. I wanted Christopher Walken to win so badly as well! That fatal wound was a lucky shot.
@@juansegoviano9727 You know what's worse? A prequel almost happened, but writers block and lack of confidence made the filmmaker give up on it.
Thank you so much for this. I love Edie. She makes me love myself.
The original Alternative girl!!
Come On! 13K, where the hell has everybody been? damn this pump's you up, especially in the movie theatre. I was amazed the first time I saw this.
This movie came out in 1990 it was during the rise of gangsta rap and Abel Ferrara had Schoolly D on the soundtrack to match the dark and gritty vibe of NYC at the time
we all like to think our best sides are a little Edie
Thanks for posting this! I have loved this film since I first saw it on TCM or AMC back in the 80s
Lil Edie had beautiful soul ❤ Her mother controlled her love for her. Big Edie was not nice to her daughter.
That is such a modern-looking dress, that style would be easily wearable now!
What song is playing ?
Wow this actually fits this ending even though I love the she said ending this gave me chills
Spike was so hot in this movie
Tyrone was angry because he wanted to be in her place, dancing with the heartthrob. hahahaha
Brilliant film, tissues at the ready
