I see an opaline for sale from a person, complete with box and receipt, but his booklet states Guarantee Booklet and not a "Warranty Booklet" is that normal?

These are beautiful watches, in and of themselves. But not lot of soul here. When you love every watch, you actually don’t love any watch.

You do you, you clearly got deep pockets but might want to consider slowing down whilst you really get a grasp of your preferences. However, if you can afford it then who am I to tell you otherwise. Great collection.

Great wrap up. I just attended the Chicago watch fair. I experienced a lot of the same watches. In Chicago, I saw the launch of the ice cream colors for the CW 12, along with my first time seeing the Bel Canto. We did not have Space One - would love to see those on wrist. I’m going to be at NYC in October and can’t wait to see all the brands there. You look like you got some awesome watches. I purchased Vortic Watch (1922 Illinois Watch Co’s pocket watch conversion), So Labs Layer 2.3 plum punch, and the Autodromo Group C silver.

Look every person’s watch collections are unique to them so no criticism is really valid. Only thing I’d say is you don’t have to own every watch you love but you have to love every watch you own.

I'm curious, 12.7 is thin for a chrono, but it does look a bit chunky, whats your thoughts on the thickness and feel? How does the thickness and wearbility compare to your daytona or any other chronos you might have come across

The “dislike” of the Air-King is basically “herd” driven - if it isn’t a chrono” it’s no good to those with limited style awareness.

Changing those bracelets into sailcloth straps makes your watches look way better.

I picked it up but the bracelet doesn’t have tfit, glide lock so I got a Zealande strap with a deployment clasp. The dial is beautiful but Tudor has to do better

got the vc today. this watch is a work of art. only complaint is strap is a little short due to my large wrists.

Thanks for feedback. I’m leaning toward the vc. I bought a Breitling premier chronograph last week for $9k 42 mm 13mm thick and watch felt small and cheap. That watch did not make me happy I returned it 2 days later. The Daytona is thinner and 2mm smaller which makes a huge difference. I had a Iwc that seas 43.5 and felt huge compared to the Breitling Thanks for the advice Will let you know

Well, if Omega thinks that we are going to run out and buy this watch because we see George Clooney wearing it, then that’s the reason number one to not buy this watch. We may be stupid, but not that stupid.
