I also had a choice between the new and the old one, I have chosen the old discontinued version. The reason is that, it wears bigger and looks less detailed / delicate in my opinion, therefore I like the tool look of it better.

I think those oversized cases are absolutely awful. They remind me of those special edition Call of Duty sets with the included tat. That watch doesn't need any of that nonsense taking away from it. Even the Seamaster one could be smaller. Give me something like FP Journe, or Nomos use.
