@@cavemanmodz1669​​⁠ The engine oil temp, pyrometer, boost gauges and there are 2 others on the side where the switches are not working he replaced the fuses and nothing. We have bought new sensors waiting to replace until we try everything possible… He wanted me to ask you how do you know which wire to splice which one is live and which is a ground. As far as red and yellow wires. also the high beams are stuck on. We tried to change the fuse and nothing. We also have an issue with the turn signals on the dash they work on the exterior but the lights on the dash aren’t working. Any suggestions? Thank you Do u by chance have an email. We have a birds nest of wires.

You will have to start with getting the wireing diagrams for your truck. You will need to go by them specifically to get it back to factory and to track down problems. There's not really a one size fits all answer wi this to be honest. It is a very daunting task and not for the inexperienced. If toy feel comfortable doing the job I would start there.

Used a grinder to cut the head off. Filled with regular a 3/4 inch rivets Filled the holes in the rivets with jb weld then body filler to make smooth

@@cavemanmodz1669 Ok, thanks I was thinking that or maybe the solid aluminum aviation rivets and buck them like they do on airplanes. I mean ol girl is pretty fast but, I’m sure if they hold a plane together the Peterbilt should be good. Then again the plane doesn’t run on these roads out here.

All good I was just trying to figure it out anyway

When I was building it I insulated it from the weather.I didn't end up using it after building it though it started the truck no problem. Actually way faster than acid batteries. I didnt go that route because of the fact I can't find any thing on the road for replacement if I lost a cell. Then I'd have to buy 4 new batteries just to get me going. On top of that apparently the cells don't like vibration as well.
