I appreciate the effort into the story building you did I just have one thing I would like to point out. When Founder Ymir died her children ate her (without titan serum) and one of them gained the abilities of the founder as well as 2 others become "lesser" titans so hypothetically if the same thing were done to zeke and reiner then the scots could have accessed the abilities of both titans without needing more vials.

You should really do what ifs for other series too, id really enjoy hxh or anything that you have an interest in since your scenarios are really fun to watch and listen to while being technical and logical

This is pretty vague. What would happen with the M.E.A's navy during Fort Slava? What could Eren or Armin do in the Shiganshina attack with their respective Titans? If the executioner from hell has already killed most Titans in Paradis why woudn't the scouts find the Harbor, and remains of Marley ships from The Owls betrayal? Would Armin get any memories from Zeke like he did with Bertholdt? Etc. A lot is left pretty vague

As an anime only, (and aot being my first anime and began watching it when i was around 8, so i might be a lil biased) Aot's ending was a perfect masterpiece, and im glad the ending wasn't changed for the anime (aside from the small changes to fix character potholes eg, armins reaction)

I have an idea. What if Zeke won and carried out the sterilization plan. I have something to work with. Eren, although unlikely could go along with it in which it would happen willingly and zeke would use the rumbling to wipe out the allied forces and Marley. Or eren can’t break free of his chains and Ymir listens to zeke. Zeke would still probably start the rumbling and wipe out the allied forces and Marley.

I have a few nitpicks here in the first scenario I don't believe the Mid east would declare war on Marley with colossal Titan around and even if they did it would not least 4 years like in the og. the war was fought mostly at sea so wouldn't Marley just send Bert in an airship to destroy their harbours or use pure titans . Also you made it sound like Marley would stop using pure titans because they can't control them but at the battle of fort Slava it's not like Zeke was coordinating the Titans but were just using them as bombs and any that survived acted on their own . The way I see it if the battle happened here Marley would still do the same thing except instead of releasing all of the eldians at once they would do it at a much slower rate probably 2 people at a time they would be injected right there then kicked off the ship and would have another airship with more people so more titans are likely to survive the fall and enter the battle then Bert would transform destroy the ships ending the war in 2 or at least 3 years. What I'm trying to say is that the island would be invaded and conquered much sooner Second this one's more of a complaint you really rushed it at the end and there were some questions that weren't answered assuming Eren still does his speech to all eldians that the rumbling has begun wouldn't the warriors also get it and alert the higher-ups and prepare it did take a few days for the Titans to reach the mainland send Bert above Eren's titan destroy him stopping the rumbling severing Eren from the worm and would the final battle be Eren vs Bert?

I always respect your commitment to making your alternative scenarios rely as little on headcannon, OC, or out of character elements as possible.

I always have this question in my mind: Why do you believed so much that Eldia will not be able to find allies in wars against Marley like at all? We have seen enemies become allies so many times in our world for the sake of achieving the common goals such as Franco-Ottoman Alliance, the Dual Alliance between the German Empire and Austria-Hungary, and the Triple Entente that made up of Britain, France and Russia. So why? And if it is because of Marley's propaganda and/or what Eldia did in the past, I am pretty sure no ones in the current generation will even care because Marley is the current major threat at the moment and it's Marley that is the one that kept using Titans in warfare, not Eldia. So to buy into Marley's propaganda about the Subjects of Ymir is a contradicting act of hating Marley, especially when they will gained nothing from believing what Marley said at all. And of course, the whole Eldians can be turned into Titans any moments baffled me greatly because the fact that they can only be turned into Titans via injections is supposed to be the common knowledge worldwide as well, not just being exclusive to those in Marley. So with these factors combined, the idea about the entire world hates the Eldians make little to no sense to me.
