Eren may not have known at the time, but in killing Frieda, Grisha saved humanity from destruction. Karl Fritz, the first king of the walls believed the Eldians must atone for the atrocities committed by the Eldian Empire, and his vow forbade anyone of royal blood from using the power of titans against the world. Generations of kings helplessly watched as Marley enslaved Eldians and used them as cannon fodder for their conquests. Frieda was no different, even as the walls were destroyed and titans slaughtered the citizens of Wall Maria, all she did was watch. Grisha pleaded with her, invoking the image of his dead wife and children explaining that dying in ignorance was not atonement, but his efforts failed. Frieda dismissed his concerns and told him Eldians must accept the world’s hatred and sacrifice themselves for peace. Grisha realized Eldia would never be saved with Frieda wielding the founding titan, and with a push from Eren, he stole the titan for himself.
The tragedy is none of this was Frieda’s desire, she wanted the best for her people, she wanted to save everyone but could not resist the king's vow and for that she was killed. But what if she wasn’t? What if Grisha doesn’t kill her? Can Frieda muster the strength to kill Grisha. What becomes of Eren without the founding titan? Does Historia survive? And can the warriors complete their mission? I am your host, TheNenHunter and we will dive into how Attack on Titan changes if Frieda Survives

@@leeaikkiew43 a detail I love, that never gets outright said is that the Founding titan has the ability to alter the memories of the descendants of Ymir, and in 100 years of being in the walls, the Scout regiment isn't successful until the founder is taken from the royal family. This implies that the founder kept erasing the memories of the scouts to keep them from succeeding, so Frieda, if she were still alive during the Trost arc, would have continued to erase the memories of the people in the wall, and likely would have even erased the memory of Maria even existing so that the people inside the wall would have eventually been exterminated as per king fritz' plan. The Attack Titan fights against the founder, but if Grisha submits, that means, there was no Eren to make him fight back, and so Eren wouldn't have lived past the Trost arc.
Santa Clause becomes the Attack and Founding Titans.
He gets tortured and abused, but ends up spilling the beans about the world.
Frieda was nice and all but it Was The right choice for Grisha to devour her and take the founder
Absolutely, Grisha gave Paradis a fighting chance against the warriors while Frieda would wipe everyone's memories and do nothing as people die.

if grisha didn't take the founder then there is a chance that the warriors will steal it
@@goodcop8671 almost definitely Frieda would be Unable to use The founders true power and with Her Weaker Titan someone such as Annie or Reiner could easily defeat her and take her Titan

I'm pretty sure the first king only prevented his offspring from using the founder. Which is why Zeke can get Ymir to do all sorts of things in paths because Zeke is not a descendant of that part of the royal family.
Zeke didn't possess the founding titan so the vow never affected him. He exploited a loophole by using Eren to reach the paths so he could get around the vow. Ymir because of her upbringing as a slave always listens to those of royal blood.
That's why Ymir listens to Zeke and why Zeke is unaffected by the vow.
@@thenenhunter2600 The way Zeke describes it makes it sound like it did affect him in some way but not fully and that the time he spent in the paths waiting for Eren to wake up were used fully getting rid of the first king's influence.
@@TheGlenn8 I reread chapter 120, Zeke explains how he managed to arrive in the paths without being tainted by the King's Ideology. He states that he spent a huge amount of time trying to break the Vow then follows it up by describing Ymir as a slave who submits to anyone with Royal Blood. Zeke also describes Eren's Founding Titan as just a key.
The confusion comes from Zeke's statement about breaking the vow. I think Zeke never understood how the vow or the founding titan worked and needed to spend time with Ymir to understand it. Zekes statement might be a plot hole because I don't understand how the vow could even affect Zeke or how he could have broken it.

You should do what if original Team Levi lived. This could mean that they beat the Female Titan, that they escaped before she could arrive, or something else entirely.

@@thenenhunter2600 Levi is able to survive ALOT. So I doubt he'd die in this situation especially being one of the only ackermans to have odm gear. As previous ackermans didnt have such easy access nor training to odm gear and they had to learn it while levi inherited their combat experience/odm skill. And mikasa inherited the same. Plus levi and mikasa are shown to have a kind of danger sense to sense when they are in real danger so levi would of been out of the house before kenny even got their. This would make levi the main supporting character to eren and mikasa as armin is dead? right?

They would have the base titan form but without any of the abilities until they touch someone with royal blood.

I didn’t think anything could be worse than AOT’s current timeline, with all the people we’ve seen die after we got so attached to them, but this scenario is even more horrifying especially Levi’s death :( just gut wrenching. I’m glad Grisha ate Frieda

You do realise Reiner, Annie and Bertholt’s memories would also be wiped. They are Elidan and they are in range of her scream. Thus they would have no idea about their mission.

Not sure if i agree with everything. But its a great story.
Erwin might not remember. He still has the will to know what is outside the wall. And already knows the goverment is hiding something from him from his father. I think after the meeting erwin will meet levi in secret. And will over hear everything. And erwin could launch a secret mission. Far less great than the orginal. Only with people he trust and wont tell military police.
I have a question if you have a blood transfusion with royal blood could nyou activate the rumbling or do you have to be born with it. And this is just a theory.
You'd have to be born with it because Ymir isn't concerned with the blood itself but how it symbolizes royalty. She has a desire to serve anyone of royal blood.

When is part 2 coming also Frieda is a complete idiot Marley will kill all Eldains on the island steal the iceberg stone power up their military and once technology far surpasses the power of titans the Eldains living in Marley and around the world will die or be used as meat shields one last time.
