I have a what if Idea for you since the final episode of AOT Dropped, You could probably do this in one or 2 parts but, What If Porco Galliard Survived? The way i could see this happening is Reiner killing falco and Porco was able to regenerate his injuries. I'd like to see this what if made by you since your probably one of the best what if youtubers i know but it's up to you.
Wow, I can't believe there is only one part left in this storyline?? how are you going to wrap up every single plot point?? Eren is getting out of prison, Historia is still held captive, what are Ymir and Xavier up to, how is the Survey Corp going to react to everything?? TOO MANY THINGS STILL IN SUSPENS!! but I really love the direction this story is taking, and it's really great that you take the time to develop each political move and scheme, it wouldn't be as thrilling without those parts. You forgot one thing when you started the whole fanfiction Ymir can break Annie free and Erwin can inherit the female titan to grow his arm back The Jagerists would still exist due to Eren manipulation and schemes and even Floch would join but much later In the raid on Marley , Porco and Pieck would be eaten due to Eren having Ymir and Erwin to help him in the fight and we can assume that Eren saw that coming so he let two of the Jagerists inherit cart and armoured titans to ensure that his place to have all titans worked except the female since it belongs to Erwin , I think Floch would be the armoured titan while Samuel would be the cart since they are both Jagerists Marley wouldn't have any titans or any resources to counter attack Paradi so they will have to wait for the alliance And lastly since the scouts weren't cheering after the raid on Marley , Sasha would actually hear Gabi's coming and shoots her immediately and that's what Jean tried to do originally when he saw Gabi but he missed his shot Falco would be kept in prison for sneaking into the ship and wouldn't be able to escape

I actually really like all the detail you put into the scheming, that was one of my favorite parts was seeing Floch getting allies soldier and civilians to organize the Yeagerists, and it was nice seeing the plotting done here by Zelenskyy Eren and Yelena as well as Kenny.
