    Everything from 6:42 to the end was something I thought of as I was recording and I am curious as to what everyone thinks of it.

      Ahh I'm watching now! Can't wait to finish I'll edit comment after but read my comment I left on your last video literally a few minutes ago I literally just found you and the timing is just so sweet!
      Edit: I wonder how you'll go forward? I noticed the callback to Zeke telling Ymir to obey because of her loyalty to the royal family when Frieda did the same to FounderYmir , I wouldn't have even considered adding Karl to the mix of players, how fun! There are two Karl Fritz however.: The Karl that made the vow and the Karl that Ymir was initially enslaved to....hmm, which Karl is it though 🤔 because I feel like the OG Karl was just a huge jerk and power hungry but the Karl that made the vow renouncing war was was clearly crippled by regret for the actions of his people. So freaking fun the possibilities

      Suggestion and prediction/rough outline: This what if series will end with Frieda summoning Eren to the paths, having broken free from the first king's vow to some extent, and has Eren start the time loop that leads to the main timeline. (The timeline where future eren convinces Grisha to take the founder)

    With the apperance of Karl Fritz. It got me thinking of this. Have you ever thought of what Karl Fritz's personal reason could be? I mean, why did he decide to dismantle the Eldian Empire out of nowhere? And I doubted he did it without his personal reason. If he truly wanted to atone in the name of his ancestors, he will not do what he did. If I have to guess, he lost someone he loved dearly, a woman he loved. Most likely a Marleyan woman. This most likely happened when he was young and was yet to marry the woman his parents engaged him with. Either his parents get rid of the woman he loved or one of his brothers who wanted the throne and the Founding Titan decide to execute her by forging a charge that she is a spy and a member of the Marleyan Liberation Army. Whatever happened, she died and that is what led Karl Fritz to dismantle his own nation in the end. I got this idea from what happened with Padishah Aurangzeb of the Mughal Empire in our world, of course. When he was young, he fell in love with a Hindu slave girl named Zainabadi Mahal. And she also loved him back as well. Heck, she even tested him how much he loved by testing his status as the pious Muslim by offerring him wine to drink. And when he is about to drink for real, she threw the cup away, unwilling to let him do such a thing that is against his nature and personality. But this little love story between them reached the ears of his elder brother, Dara Shikoh, who reported to their father, Shah Jahan, who is furios that his third son neglected his duty as the Governor of Deccan just for a woman. And eventually, Zainabadi Mahal somehow died. His father and elder brother might be somehow connected to this but nobody knows for sure. But considering what Aurangzeb did to later on during the war of succession, I dared to say that they had a hand in her death. Many years after he took the Peacock Throne, Aurangzeb always wondered what could have been for him if Zainabadi Mahal is still alive by his side. He even said it himself that he will abandoned the Peacock Throne just to be with her. As for his role in the dissolution of the Mughal Empire, it's more like he is the one who started it by spent a lot of money in conquering the entirety of the Deccan and allowing the local rulers like the Nizam of Hyderabad and the Nawab of Bengal to become autonomous rulers in their own rights as long as they remained loyal to him and his descendants in Delhi.
    I told you about this because it does not make sense to me why Karl Fritz did what he did. So I decided to find the historical figure that I believed I can compare him with. And I found that in Padishah Aurganzeb, the Ornament of the Throne, the sixth ruler of the Mughal Empire of the Indian subcontinent.

      I really look forward to reading your comments. Your always able to tie historical references into AOT and I end up learning something new. I've only vaguely learned about the Mughal Empire so I never heard about Padishah Aurganzeb. But I have my own head canon as to what drove Karl to adopt a hardline pacifist stance and I will reveal it in part 8.

    • @lerneanlion
      @lerneanlion ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@thenenhunter2600 Muhi al-Din Muhammad Mirza, who eventually became Padishah Aurganzeb, also known by his regnal title as Alamgir, will be considered by today's standard as an intolerant religious bigot. However, many people never thought about how he secured support to the Peacock Throne. Due to his pious Muslim nature, he is very popular with the ulama, aka the Muslim religious scholars. And he used that to his advantage, which ended in success. And once he ascended on the throne, he needed to continue to appease them in order to make them continue to support him. This included banning certain Hindu festivals and imposing jizya on the non-Muslim subjects. However, what he won't tolerated is rebellion against him. He does not cared if the rebels are Muslims or Hindus and he certainly does not cared that the ulama is forcing the Hindu rebels to choose between conversion to Islam or death while also telling him to be lenient toward the Muslim rebels, he has them all executed for treasons, Muslims or not.
      What I am saying here is that just like Aurangzeb, Karl Fritz is remembered badly. Aurangzeb is not actually an intolerant religious bigot. In fact, he did issue firmans to support Hindu Temples and other places of worship of the other religions in his realm. He only demolished the places of worship of those who revolted against him as a way of de-legitimizing the leadership of his enemies. Heck, even the Hindu Rajas also did the same to the other Hindu rulers who are their enemies. Also, his reign also overseen the highest employment of Hindus in the royal court in the history of the Mughal Empire. And while Marley known Karl Fritz as this evil monarch of demonic bloodline while the Eldians on Paradis and the Restorationists most likely viewed him as a coward, we know that he is in fact a very good diplomat and an ordinary man who has been messed up in the head who lost someone dearly to him.

    At this point even if frieda unlocks the founder marley has succesfully destroyed eldia and only thing left to do would be to make that destruction mutual via the rumbling but i dont think she has it in her. With wall rose and maria destroyed more than half of the population is dead and the rest arent that far behind.
    Wonder what zeke and pieck are doing during all this, i think that friedas mental state is nihilistic enough at this point that she might go along with zekes plan and even the first king should have nothing against it due to fultfilling the whole eldians must die screed.

    Oh damn, that I did not see coming, having Karl Fritz, this could go so many ways now and I'm excited to see exactly how he's portrayed, seeing a conversation of how he not only feels he would be right, but how he can say there's any more peace when Marley is just doing the same thing that the old Eldian Empire did, using titans to oppress the world.

    Really wondering what Berthold is doing now. He's definitely the Warrior's trump card.
    Ymir (and maybe Eren kind of) is currently the only counter to Reiner. The Jaw titan seemingly hard counters the Armored Titan, being capable of easily damaging his armor while also being significantly faster.

    Boy is paradis gonna be wishing they hadn't Killed Levi, The only scout who could take Kenny one on one , Also like they can't really beat Reiner right now so The warriors have kinda got this in gge bag unless Frieda is able to use the founder somehow and like take away the Titan powers but I'm not sure how likely that is and It might be interesting To See Annie and Reiner vs Eren and Ymir, though again I do think The warriors should win the battle.
