I take Only two days two sertaline i filling bud headache and dizy I go Emergency I was good this without this medication and I stopped I don’t wanna take it anymore So I am 16 day still have hand shaking samtime dizy I feel worse I don’t know it’s going away 😢🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for your video, it's really helped me to be confident in taking medication. I have had anxiety and depression problems my entire life, but I just tried to push through it and increase excefcise when it's bad. However, I went back to university as a mature student, and it got to the point where nothing worked to bring me back anymore and back in January/February this year I party much had a mental health breakdown and had to take a step back from my course. I got help, did cbt and during the summer I was back to my normal self and feeling okay. With minor bouts of depression and anxiety. However now I am close to going back to university, the anxiety has returned and depression has began to creep in too. So I took the doctors advice and I am starting sertraline this weekend. Again thanks for your video , it has given me the confidence to give this a shot

To all ladies out there I have been on various antidepressants until I read the package insert where it states that SSRIs can cause haemorrhagic bleeding. I am tapering. I have to avoid a hysterectomy. I use seratonin boosting essential oils and I am hoping for the best. I'm disabled with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. We bruise easily and can bleed very easily internally. Like you, I was walking around thinking about Jude and Willem and could not seem to exit their fictional world. I also had a hard time finding another book to read. Recently, a friend just finished it and we’re going to discuss the book over tea/ coffee. I found myself returning to the world that Hanya created and watched several of her interviews. TH-cam brought me to you and I’m glad. I’m envious that you got to see the stage version (I live in the USA). I always like to read the book first before its adaptation to other media and look forward to watching your reaction.

I had a scary reaction to this medication after only 2 pills 💊. Never again. Didn't have issues with benzos.

I was on Effexor for 20 years. Withdrew from that in 8 months. It was brutal. Dr put me on Sertraline. I can say it was the worst, scary weeks of my life! I had every side effect on the label including suicidal ideation. Nearly called psyche ward but I was too scared to do that. The dark intrusive thoughts in my brain along with the massive headaches were terrifying. Never, ever again!!! People have knocked themselves in the first weeks of this drug. Not for everyone. Drs should monitor people on this drug. Very dangerous for some. An aquantace of mine, 20 year old son unalived himself 8 years ago , 2 weeks into it.. I now understand what he went through. Sorry for the doom and gloom but these are facts. He isnt the only one. Ive done my research.

It really did nothing for me I was 100mg for nearly 4 months now and I feel spaced out when I take it the next day at work I’m really not with it .. I’ve not noticed a change in mood and doesn’t help with my anxiety . Is it worth sticking with it ?

I'm 5 days free of sertraline aftercreducing from 150mg daily. My head & body feels like being zapped with electricity, having vivid dreams and broken sleep. I decided to take this week off work to help deal with withdrawal symptoms. Hope the symptoms dissipate soon

Im 31 now and i tried every way to fix anxiety, nothing works long term. An overactive brain cant just be fixed without medication. Im trying sertraline too now.

Great to hear your experience Rishi, I have been prescribed Sertraline for health anxiety and depression and am combining it with counselling. This is my 1st week on the medication and the main side effects I’m experience are nausea (ginger tea helps), headaches, tiredness and feeling abit spaced out but on the positive side my mood has improved, and my behaviours are changing such as constantly googling symptoms, checking my body etc! I was sceptical at first but glad I have started this. Anybody thinking of trying it I would say go for it, ride out any side effects and be strong there is light at the end of the dark tunnel 🙏🙏🏼
