    Thank you, even though it's night time that was a really nice exercise. I was watching another one of your videos about sertraline and it really stood out to me when you spoke about being more strict with your journal and mindfulness. I believe that these things are key to aligning my beliefs and behavior, and being in touch with myself. Thanks for the motivation and for sharing about your experiences.
