    This was the most helpful anxiety/panic medication video I have ever seen and believe me I have had to watch a lost recently. This gave me a lot of hope.

    Zoloft actually took away my murderous rage. I didn't believe in taking meds but it helps me.

      @@riship88 Hey Rishi how are you doing my psych doctor just prescribed me Sertraline Hcl 25 Mg so I was wondering what severe side effects can you get with this drug because I get palpitations and I’m scared that it would make my heart beat even more faster or something and if I feel dizzy as well I’m pretty sensitive with it comes to drugs and I have been taking magnesium 250 Mg daily as well I usually take at night so I don’t know if I can take my magnesium supplement with this medication as well and how can I quit this medication if I don’t want it in the future and stuff but as of right now I have been getting alot of anxiety and panic attacks whenever I drive alone and going to places I get scared to be left alone that’s something is going to happen to me I would really appreciate it your help on this.

    Hi Rishi. I'm currently on fluoxitine 20mg can I still take ashwagandha. Another question can you take ashwagandha with Seraltine?

      Hi Sunita. I don't see any problem with it as its a natural supplement but I'd still speak to your doctor and do some research just to be on the safe side.

      ​@riship88 my doctor, recommended not to take ashwaganda with it. Its hard on the liver, and it may affect the results of the zoloft.

      It increases the seratonin (happy hormone) in your brain.

    I was been prescribed Sertraline yesterday 25 mg and after 10 days doubles the dose to 50mg ... i noticed after i drink 1 dose my muscles feel like jerking and my cheest pumping harder than before.

    Mental health is such a sensitive topic and the mind is such a sensitive tool that you really have to be careful about how you're messing with the chemicals of the brain using these drugs. I'm glad you had such positive effects wirh the meds. It really gives me a lot of confidence to go and try the meds out!

    Thank you so much!! Could you share (if you feel comfortable) the reasons you decided to taper off of Zoloft? Did you want to see if you could do life without it, or were there certain side effects that out-weighed the benefits for you?

      I think I got to a point where i knew I could be on it for years to come and be happy and live life well. But I wanted to see for myself if I could go through live without depending on it. It was a personal challenge for me but I could have happily stayed on it much longer. 🙃

    My side effects just feel like the flu n a bad one. Slept alot today n feel better. Like a week in n cant wait to get past the side effects

      A few more weeks and the side effects will subside. If it doesn't, consult your doc. All the best on your journey.

      @willtishken9533 I was worried too. Mentally I'm great but physically I'm not me yet. Its different for everyone tho. I got passed the real shitty feeling. That lasted 2 months. I get a day every now and then where I feel like crap but not how it was when it first started. Wish you luck n just keep your doctor posted on everything. But know it will be hell for awhile if you get the side effects but I'm seeing something good coming from it just how I feel mentally,which is important

    Ty bro for this video I started today with this drug but idk if is the right meds for me I just can’t sleep to much anxiety I’m a gym rat & all natural my diet is awesome too nutrition so we’ll see how it goes

    Hey Rishi,
    Just want to know how you are doing now and if you ever think of going back to the meds? I have strange moods all day. Sometime it's anxious, stressful, sad and mostly joyfully active. So confused on whether I should just get on with the meds.

      Hey Amrita, thanks for the message. I'm actually doing good thanks for asking. Life's not the bed but somehow I seem to be coping quite well. If the meds helped me with anything, it's discovering what my coping mechanisms are which now helps me daily. Have you tried ashwagandha? Maybe worth considering if you aren't ready to try ssri's.

      Thank you for replying to me soon. It’s been a difficult ride so far. A bit nauseous, lack of sleep, wake up early in the morning, fatigue and what not. So I’ve decided to get on the meds now. Hope they do their bit and I do my best. Glad to see you’ve been doing so well. Just want to know if your sleep has gotten better or lacking in anyway?

      @@riship88 I am surprised you figured I can be self reprimanding, and I need to be good to myself. Or is it just common in people suffering from this? I just hope the meds are not like Zolpidem because that resulted in missing time (4-5 hours), lack of coordination while performing voluntary movements and three ocassions of bed wetting.The latter being highly embarrassing.

    How can it be helpful if it could take up to 5 years to benefit from it !!!????? I e been on for 6 mths feel less of everything and have gained almost a kg per month

      It's different for each individual. All i'm saying is its not a quick fix.

      For me it helps to remind myself the time will pass anyway. It’s better to pass 1 year investing in happiness than to pass 1 year falling into the same cycles. Good luck on your journey 💕

      Definitely, its such a strange time as you figure out what's going on with yourself. But the meds definitely helped me work on myself and my mindset.

    3rd day of taking it and my blood pressure skyrocketed from 120/70 to 140-160/80-90. Feeling really scared with these values

      I have these severe issues with sertraline too. Very disheartened. Electrolyte imbalance and rapid heart rate. Even with 25mg. I will try again splitting it in half. I think my body will get used to it.

      @@THeSID432hz For me everything went back to normal in about 2-3 weeks.
      When I got information from my doctor that it's not dangerous for my life and took antihypertensive drug for about 2 weeks. Now I'm perfectly fine.
