    Fantastic Video and series of pruning Moringa and enhancing the growth. I was skeptical on when to do this, and learnt from this. thanks

    Great looking trees. I'm just getting started with mine from seed. Very encouraging.
    Also, it's odd, but I really like to hear your speaking voice. 👍

    Hi, I was wondering if u know how aggressive the root system gets because it can really mess up ur fence with ur neighbour and also both of ur concrete slabs and foundation.

    My moringa is 7 months old (from seed) and is 8-9 feet tall. Is it too late to trim? If not, how much can I trim?

    Mine are just about 4 inches tall. Do you think it's safe to place them in ground now? I live in Norcal and today it'll be 102 degrees. Pls advice.

      That was about the height when I transplanted to the ground. If the plants were inside, you should get them used to being outside. Just a few hours each day until you gradually have them outside all day. If they were already outside and growing in the place you are planting them, you should be okay to plant them. Be sure to dig a pretty deep and wide hole to loosen the dirt below where the root will grow.

    Read on Denmarks long termed study on the moringa use. Be cautious, extremely even if you have used for long periods.

    do they need a lot of space?

    • @moringastudies6474
      @moringastudies6474  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Moringa plants grow very fast. They can grow to 12 - 15 ft in one year. However, you can prune them to your liking to fit them to your space.

    Don’t cut your flowering stems, those will produce the pods or fruit. Always cut on an angle near a knuckle, this will reduce infection to any plant, & encourage healthier re growth. G

    • @moringastudies6474

      I've learned the suggestion about cutting at an angle and near knuckle as well as I've grown. Thanks for the tips!
