I like what your doing, but as an interviewer, you have to learn to allow the person your interviewing to talk without being so quick to interrupt and interject. The greatest interviewers are those who make sure the focus stays on the guest being interviewed. With respect 💯

if you wish to quote on quote look like mike tyson. The only way to do it is simple. Be in a 300 - 500 calorie surplus all the time and this will take around 1 - 3 years. But still you also need to workout alot and if you reach 200 pounds you might not even look like mike bcs he was a geneticlly gifted person. But still you will be really strong in the long term so i suggest doing that only to gain strenght and not to be or look like anyone else. You can still be a great fighter skinny or muscular

Also have to account for the fact that Mike Tyson was in over 150 street fights from about 8 or 9 years old. And arrested over 30 times by his early teens. The adaptation that the body and mind has to go through to adjust to harsh environments is something that X amount of reps and sets can’t do. Add that with 1 on 1 mental conditioning of an expert like Cus. Sparks of inspiration from seeing meeting and talking to Muhammad Ali. Each punch and training session had a purpose. There are guys who can do 1,000 pushups & There are guys hitting the heavy bag for dear life every day since kids who we don’t know their name. Mike was not only tough, but studied all the greats with intensity and could perform under the lights.

Love to hear it! This is absolutely perfect! My boxing coach said the same thing to us growing up. He worked with Floyd Patterson and Jose Torres a lot towards the end of their careers and said "those guys did the same thing Cus had all his boxers do, Mike just gifted." I tell my teammates and fighters at my MMA gym "look at Daniel Cormier and Cain Velesquez. They weren't chissled at all but they worked unbelievably hard. Sometimes genetics play into it! Can't say they weren't disciplined when they were the world champions!"

Love the channel! Talked to Coach Keppner at Keppner boxing (he's also on youtube) and suggested you guys do a collab video since he gets questions all the time about the D'Amato style. He said he'd love to do that and wants to reach out to you. So I'm trying to make this happen because the two of you have the best boxing channels on youtube and a collab video would be awesome. hint, hint... :)
