Is there a specific law about assaulting an employee? Because I feel like there’s some labor law violation here. Not providing proper safety precautions (muzzles/gags, laser proof suits, and warning signs) in a dangerous work environment (in which you get shot at for saying lightning by a guy that can’t control himself) ? Hiring someone without giving them the proper safety training?

I feel like there’s a fraud charge here somewhere. False advertising of a contest or something?
