Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

    I add 35 lb barbells and 15lb kettlebell to a 35 to 45 minute workout four days a week I am buff as fuck but I also eat healthy listening to 4 minute songs helps so I know when to switch it up

    I truly appreciate finding you! So what about calves? My right leg, knee down, is weak after stroke 3 yrs ago. It even gets numb (freaks me out!). I got stuck in a very nice apt but it's 20 steps up. I have COPD, lumbar stenosis & residual stroke effects at only 65. These should help so thank you for the help!

    A couple of weeks ago, I had a difficult time walking. Nowadays, jogging a distance of 5 kilometers has been possible. I will definitely recommend plantar fasciitis remedy , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) to all my running friends, try it out yourself!.

    This was perfect for me because I recently have lost the strength to walk due to inactivity. I live alone, so this is disastrous. I have heart and lung problems, with intense pain in. Both knees. Thank you. I am starting these 4 exercises today. Where could I find more.
