09:30, I remember on the XC40 I had in 2022, I used to have it automatically go to the 360 camera, but apparently they had to update "recall" to change it to show reverse. It was to comply with Canadian law at that time.

I can’t wait for the polestar 3 video by you. Mine was delayed again. Polestar Canada is now saying I can pick it up first week of October, fingers crossed

Wow! Volvo/Polestar are producing excellent EVs. The one-pedal driving in my C40 Recharge is very natural and intuitive. Hope they can fix it in the EX30.

XC40 Here with the same vibration issue. Please note, that if you let someone else to drive the car and you are in the passenger seat you will still feel the vibration on the car floor. It is a shame that VOLVO took the time to "fool" us with a temp fix. This is not a fix it is a work-around so the driver doesnt feel the vibration. Also since VOLVO doesn't know what is causing this, it means that it may be dangerous, especially if the whole car is vibrating (including bolts, batteries, engine, cables, mounts etc).

In USA, just heard from my PS rep that the PS3 delayed another 4 weeks. Hundreds at delivery locations that they cannot give to customers who pre-ordered. Software again. Late October ETA

The didital rear view is the exact same as on the 24 C40 and 25 EC40. It works very well, other than obvious limitations: low contrast at night, no 3D, and slightly blurry if your wear progressive eyeglass lenses. The view is a lot better than the standard tiny slot in the C40

Very cool cars indeed! If I were in the market for an EV, I would for sure go for the Polestar 4. But the "star of the show" will always be the Polestar 1 - a true classic. Great video, as always 👍👍👍

Sorry for your problems. I've been lucky with my used 2023 C40 and haven't had problems, except Google Maps and Spotify getting tired and taking a short nap.

Strange, my neighbor has a C40 and I have an XC40 - 3 years in and we are having a competition to see who has to go to the shop first - I'm 34 months in and they are 36 months in - neither of us have been to service a SINGLE time. There is a thread in the Volvo forums and there are dozens of people who have never had a single issue. I appreciate your video and I'll bet your visit had the techs talking directly to Volvo HQ and maybe your bug fix was written into the new code for everyone!

A bigger battery and DC fast charging would make this car unstoppable. MB just added DC fast charging to their GLC.

Hi Thom really useful video. We have an XC40 on order 2025 model. my wife if a bit concerned that the heating controls are on the screen but using Google assistant appears to over come this, my question is does it identify the passenger giving commands to change their climate, seat heat settings etc?

Thom, I've enjoyed your usual thorough and clear reports on the XC90 and EX90. Is it safe to assume similar versions of the XC60 are in the works? Any guess when we might see a refreshed XC60?

Battery is same as before, which makes no sense given advancement of battery technology.

We traded in our MY15.5 V60 cross country and snatched a MY25 V60 Polestar Engineered this past weekend. Absolutely love the T8 and the style. Heard the rumors that Volvo might discontinue the model and glad we got it while we still can.

A dealer in Germany told me that they make around € 6k more out of an SUV, and people are willing to pay that. I don’t get it. So the chances are high that this is the last station wagon from Volvo. I just bought the V60 T6 Estate, 2,500 km behind me, it’s wonderful. Ultimate, Dark, Vapour Grey and white leather, it looks stunning and drives exactly like Thom describes: smoothly, cool. But when you want, it turns into a monster and reaches the 100 in below 5 sec. And for us Germanz: 180 is enough. Yes. Sorry.
