Hello sir Richard! Any idea po on how will I know the current market value of my condo unit? Someone wants to buy it but I don’t want to sell without knowing how much it is worth today. I asked the bank, they said the developer has not submitted any docs yet so they can’t provide the value of my unit. Any suggestions will be much appreciated po.
My apologies, but both books are currently sold out and I'm in the process of reprinting new batches to release a revised version of both books. Hopefully before the end of the year I'm able to relaunch it.
Hi Sir Richard, i have been paying my condo for almost 2 years now and i just found out that my CTS is not processed and notarized due to CTS misplacement or missing signature and the agent did not inform me. Is there any legal action I could do ?

Dmci is not good for flipping. P35k is fully furnished, so spend at least P1M for interior design .
