Very informative review. Not sure kung meron, pero kung wala pa - I would appreciate if you could also do a property analysis review of Serin East Tower Tagaytay. While there are two towers already in use, the third is still under construction while the fourth is in its marketing stage. The review can be a combination of an RFO and a preselling and I believe that bundle will make the analysis more interesting. Cheers and thanks !
