For rental purposes, how much is the rent difference between standard upon turnover vs interior designed/renovated unit? Would you suggest to fully furnish the unit? What would you supply to your renters in terms of appliances and furniture, if not fully furnished?

Very insightful! I just have a question:
I recently got 2 one-bedroom units which is at preselling stage and was planning to combine them. I was planning to ask the developer to not build the wall between them. When would be the best time for me to communicate about with the developer ? Also, would it be possible to request for it to be turned over bare shell if I'm planning to it interior designed? Is that even possible?

Yes, even not to put wall partition. The rule is you must request this before the building can construct the specific floor. So this will be granted if you are early
