Supermix 4 vs ew300 dsp ?

By the way, EW200 after 200 hours of burning up become less aggressive and react quite noticeably to the change of cable. For example - with NiceHCK PurpleSE highs fade into the background, but the emphasis shifts to midrange.

Don't get so hung up on price categories - they don't guarantee ABSOLUTELY anything. I have Xenns Tea2 for 400 euro, but for some reason I want to listen to EW200 for 40 euro much more often.

I like the recent trend of having safer upper mids.

I agree the gold/brass nozzle is terrible. They should have just stuck with the silver stock tuning and knocked off $10 from the price.

I have the moondrop chu 2s and love the way they sound but looking for a upgrade. Would these ew300s be a good upgrade? Im looking for the same-ish tuning as the chu 2s. All i have to reference what i like and dont like are the qkz ak6 pros which i didint like, my epos h6 pro which i dont use over my chu 2s, and my airpods which i enjoy. Should i save for the supermix 4 or get the ew300s? i just dont want the supermix 4 to sound too warm as i noticed i dont like warmer sounding tuning (h6 pro, qkz ak6 pro)

in the price range I wonder how the EW300 compares to the tanchjim 4u (neutral) and the Artti R1 (bass focused) I enjoyed the EW200 except when playing Genshin, Star rail which have a lot of high frequency sound effects, Artti R1 is great all arounder as the treble is good enough for vocals and the bass hits good. I dont have the tanchjim 4u but I have the tanchjim zero which has similar tuning and also enjoyed it as it is more relaxed and neutral but doesnt lack quality in treble or bass.

Very thorough review! I think this might be the first Simgot set I would actually try. I am somewhat sensitive to very high treble/ upper mids and reviewers are generally saying this set addresses that problem.

I totally agree with you on the Q1 PRO. I paid around $30.00 dollars for mine. I think what makes it special is the way it does treble. It's excellent. It is also beautiful and the eartips and mic'ed cable are also good!

Which tier would you put these in your tier list?

What would you recommend if someone was looking for something on the smoother, lusher, warmer side of things compared to the Supermix 4 but still relatively neutral around that same price range? Would the Aful Performer 5 fit the bill?

It CAN beat $500 IEMs. Shutup! I have Hexa too and the Aful Performer 5 sounds nothing like it. Stop lying to people.

I'm bit confused, can you recommend me a Dongle Dac for Simgot Supermix 4. I read somewhere that it's sound get discolored and bassy for too higher or lower sources. I'm going to order this today. Can you help me.

I agree that fit is super important with TWS. This style can be hit or miss with me.

I forgot to mention in the review, single tapping each side of the earbuds will either raise or lower the volume! 🙂

I used to buy a pair of these price oriented buds until purchasing my Thieaudio Monarch 2 .... and I haven't but anything since then (almost 2 years)......

Not a single word about fit and comfort? Are you serious? You need to realize: if IEMs are big, heavy and uncomfortable to wear for an extended period of time, a smart person will never consider buying them. So start your reviews with fit and comfort and save our time, please.

They've actually grown on me. I didn't care much for them at first, though. You should try to use them with a 30-50 Ohm impedance adapter.

I just had someone on reddit recommend this set. Your review is the 1st I've watched and I'm ready to add them to the arsenal. Are they thar much better than the Performer 8?

Compare with other single dd like softears twilight, sennheisser ie600, or the original dunu zen?

On Poweramp it's not enough to just turn on external dac, you need to set the bit rate and resolution. Otherwise it will default to the phones settings, won't sound much different. I leave mine on 24bit 96khz for everything, just a happy medium.

Put Divinus velvet wide bore eartips, fixes the bass for the better. Everything is better actually.
