I don't have Hexa anymore since I gave it to my friend already. More like, I'm never a fan of how Hexa sounded, no matter how I tried to tip swap for it, it sounded wrong in terms of sound stage and bass direction, and the BAs in it sounded thin, almost like they are "trying hard". I'd even go far and say I liked Gate more than Hexa, but that's just me being picky of course.

@@catadegen whoops I forgot about that💀 Can you make a quick comparison between the Gate and the NX8 then? Tysm! (also this vid doesn't feel as rush as the Kadenz one eh?)

@@kimiko1302 Comparing to Gate, NX8 is clearly has more distinct bass hit, and overall has a less sharpened kind of imaging, making it a more laid back, but still detailed kind of listening experience. BA does sound colder/ more metallic in terms of percussion hit. And yah, I was kinda rushing the Kadenz video, because it was midnight already, and I didnt want to make it to another day :/

Just got the hexa with some spinfit W1 in MS, my left ear is perfect but my right ear just has the weirdest bent in, which means I can't insert a small ear tip all the way in, and need a grippy medium to sit more outside I think ??? The current W1 will pop out after a minute, despite keeping most of the seal but it doesn't feel comfortable like this. I hate my ears so much, hopefully a DUNU S&S kit will fix my issues, and I'm also taking note of from what you said

Don't worry too much about it yet, this video was made to summarize the parameters of eartips that may make changes to perceived sound. Your first priority is always comfort, then you will gradually notice the difference upon listening.

TRI Clarion is something that I wanted to try but didn't do so because of life. Really cannot comment much on it.

Since I gave my Dawn to my friend already so really cannot test it now, but both of him and me didn't have any issue on win 11. And whether it's worth it or not, it depends on what you have on hand, if 7hz sonus is your only iem, why not spend the money on something like moondrop may, which can extend your listening profile, plus you can use switch between the DSP cable/ analog cable from sonus to play around. As long as your motherboard output is not noisy, i think the money can be spent on other set.

@ in my country i have limited options so i can buy moondrop dawn pro or ifi go link maybe in future better iems idk

I have never owned a pair WF1000XM5s so really cannot comment much on it, but you may look into Spinfit Omni, it's quite standard for tws/iems in general.

I'm literally just using the default one on May bro.

I do prefer something portable, do you think a music player DAP like Sony ZX707 and WM1AM2 better to replace power bank and don't use your phone battery and storage and still good DAP? One youtuber say DAC don't change your music quality and if it does it's a bad DAC, true?

@@NetvoTV The only down side of dap, is that you need to carry one more bulk on the go, tho i used to carry one. Dac is a weird topic, because a. PCM filter will change the sound, &theres no argument can work against that (other than one cannot differentiate the colour of blue and purple) b. Every dac is not JUST a dac, it must contain an amplifier part for analog output, so it very possible for “dacs” to sound different. That’s just my 2 cents from experience tho.

technicality for chu2, cadenza for bass and a more relaxing listening experience.
