I use both. I often affirm: "O Creator, this is what I want or need, and You know all that is in me. If this is for my highest good bring this, or something better, into my life." There is an element of creative visualization and an element of non-interference involved. I find it hard to be without desires, but I cannot know all the implications for my life, of what I want for myself. I trust a Higher Power to know more than I possibly ever could and try to trust enough to get out of the way.

I recently discovered that I may have aphantasia so I am unable to visualize or create a vivid image in my minds eyes. Thank you for bringing the idea of non interference manifestation into my awareness. For me, I actually resonate more with the concept of trusting in Source to bring me into alignment with a Divine plan. The Creator knows me better than I know myself so surely His plan for me is better than my own. The idea implies confidence in ones Self and faith in the Source of Self. Kind of like Divine intervention or submitting to the will of the Most High/God. It also seems to align more with the concept of Flow by having an intuitive knowing that things will work out for the good of mySelf as well as the good of the All. As an INFJ, this is ideal. I'd love to hear more of your thoughts on the subject. Non interference manifestation=Let go and Let God. It's the ultimate test of faith while still identifying as One with the Universe in consciousness but acknowledging the One Supreme GOD. I love it!😊
