@@TigerBoyX15 Portugal is a safe country. There are no pickpocket gangs but occasionally there may be one or the other, but in Quarteira it is very rare, I have no record. It's a good idea to carry your wallet in a more protected pocket and be a little careful, but the feeling of walking around Portugal is one of safety. It doesn't compare to other places. I hope it stays that way for many years to come. 😊

I saw on a Sunday Morning on a Train Platform...No Security No Police ..I saw same gang 3 times and 3 times they tried to rob me in a Tram..+ then the Sea/ Promenade Mature African Scammer Males... I was accosted twice on the Prom)..5 times in 5 days. Nearly Robbed..Daytime Hours....I was glad to Leave.. 🎄🎄

@@TigerBoyX15 What a horrible experience. In Portugal we don't have that. Only in a few areas of Lisbon and Porto, during the night, there are sometimes problems near some bars, but nothing on this scale. Quarteira is usually very safe and in the summer it has hot nights and great food. Near Quarteira there is Vilamoura (calm) and Albufeira (more nightlife).
