Hi guys, I’m enjoying your reactions. I love all things Band-Maid. I believe there are a couple of bands that not only are they fantastic groups but I believe their fans will boost your subscribers.The first is the Ukrainian band Jinjer. They will blow your minds. Most reactors start with the live session of “Pisces” The other is a group called The Warning. They are three young sisters from Monterey Mexico. They are phenomenal and everywhere. They have played with many of the best rock bands around the world. They are friends with Band-Maid and have recently played some shows with them in Japan. They are selling out their own shows, were featured on the last VMAs and performed 2 songs on the Jimmy Kimmel show. I suggest jumping in with them with one of the songs off of their new album. This is probably one of MTH's " lighter " songs - but what a song to pull out the hat at festivals ! Probably the best description of their genre is - Tangental Rock - in all their songs just when you think you've got a handle on what's going on - off they go in a completely different direction !

The green screen thing is from an earlier video where they demonstrated dance moves for the song. In the main video you see the huge audience performing the moves as Dai also does it onstage.

This band is who most current Japanese rock\metal bands talk about having some sort of influence on them. They are wild.

Nao the coolest Mom in Rock. Her brother Ryo on lead guitar, baby shots of the band... so "Sperm of Love" takes on a family meaning. They are masters of crowd participation (even when rarely overseas) and have an especially very loyal fan base. A lot of their other songs are quite wild - they have just released a new single which includes some classics re-released with guest performers.

MTH has very huge effect on Japanese younger bands. I love their super catchy and heavy crossover style. I recommend MTH's song "シミ(Shimi)".

I enjoyed your reaction very much, especially from the beautiful lady from Mexico. I could feel you were channelling yourself into the core of the song without understanding the language. That's a beautiful thing. Obviously Band-Maid Have done 2 full acoustic concert one in 2021 (Christmas okyuji) and this year. Plus a few acoustic performance on stage. They performed "different" acoustic version by Saiki and Kanami. They also did Anemone, which they performed in this concert after puzzle, but with Saiki's improved vocal. They occasionally include acoustic guitar parts in a few songs to give a particular feel.

Love MTH! This dong and VAP are pretty tame compared to their usual crazy songs which you should definitely keep checking out. They're sorta System of a Down meets hardcore punk with tons of other genres thrown in. Always a wild ride.

MTH was formed in 1999 so your right on the money when you say they sound like late 90s early 2000s. Probably the closest band comparison is System Of A Down and even then MTH had their own unique style. They can switch up styles in the same song in an instant. For this reason some people dislike certain song while they love others. Their not very active not but still around playing to this day

Make sure you react to other songs. This is probably one of their most consumer friendly songs.

Great reaction. MTH is their own genre. Their music is like no other. This is one of their more “pop” style songs. I believe the song is talking about celebrating life as the guitarist has gone through a recent health scare (this is what I surmised ).

The female drummer Nao has had a huge effect on Japanese female drummers. She is a huge inspiration for Akane from Band-Maid and Tamu from Nemophila, as well as countless others.

Yoshu Fukushu is their best song. An emotional song, at that.

To give you both some context. Since you both Love Hanabie this is the band that Hanabie started out doing covers of since they were huge fans of the gtoup. MTH has a very similar type of song structures that Hanabie has (Only crazier). Genre flips, time changes, heavy riffs and cool transitions. MTH is very popular in Japan and very influential. The drummers from Nemophila (Tamu) and Band-Maid (Akane) were inspired by MTH's drummer (Nao) that women could be drummers. One thins I love about MTG is they literally look like they just threw on whatever clothhes within reach before they perform. FYI: The lyrics are suggestive in a tomgue in cheek way.

This their most normal song I think.. the rest are wild :D The drummer is bigsister to the guitarist as mentioned.
