Wow---great shooting, but can you explain the extra holes I see appear in the target before the first arrow is shot and then another 3 or 4 holes appear between arrow number 1 and arrow number 2? There may have been extra holes that appeared after arrow 2 and 3 also. This is at the 20 minute mark in the video. Just not sure what's going on here...

Thanks for this video. Why does the field points in a arrow package always be a larger grain than the broadhead? Amazon arrow package example 20 pc, field tips 125 gr/ head 100 gr Wouldn't that make your sight in difficult?

I would add one thing but the video was great and a lot of great information. But on the primer tool the case holder does not come with the tool so a set of case holders for the primer tool is a must, they come in different number sizes for different calibers but a lee set of 11 is around 30 bucks.

Your comment about not being able to inspect brass if using a progressive press is misleading. Inspect your brass prior to reloading on any press. I typically deprime the brass using a Universal deprime die, Lee, RCBS, etc... Then I clean the brass. Then I do my inspections because dirt, grime, powder residue can hide defects in the brass. FWIW. For Straight Wall Cases, I use a Carbide or Titanium Nitride Die. With these dies, lube is not needed. A little lube if used goes a long way. Always clean your dies after reloading or before reloading another batch.

Yes, and as for the safety tips, I love the fact that you look over all your cartridges to make sure the power level is even before you put the bullet on top. I never thought of doing that and I’ll tell you that’s a good one.

I have about 4 Jennings Super T and Super T 2 bows. Great finger bows! Still fun to shoot. These are all from about 78-79 and each of them are drilled and tapped through the riser for a plunger set up for center shot.

I’ve heard multiple times how Rhinehart 3D targets are probably the best you can get….but their expensive. I’m a traditional guy shooting a 45# recurve so I’m asking for the Big shooter buck 3D target for $120 for Xmas. This will be my first 3D target so I have no experience with them but I would almost guarantee traditional bows like recurves and longbows do WAY less damage to the targets compared to compounds that shoot double the speed and higher draw weights. I hope I’m right.

Nice collection! You can shoot a recurve better than most people shoot a compound. I would get rid of those.

Where did you get the parts from? I have one from an auction for $10 and would like to revive it. Mine is missing the stabilizer, sight, and string eye

After throwing your charge, checking em with the flashlight is good, but I’d recommend a separate tray for the cartridges after you charge em to help avoid an accidental double charge, and THEN check those with a flashlight to make daw gone sure you didn’t double charge 🙂
