I love SW but they didn't have to include the lock. Colt didn’t do it.🤷‍♂️

Was sure mine was a right hander, got nervious when I saw your reverse of mine! Thanks for the video of you shooting your LEFT HANDED BOW! Mine ranges from 34 lbs @ 68" to 36 lbs @64". According to those who claimed how to judge the lenghth of bow I would need, I came up with 65" so ... lucky to find this one. Need to get a string, arrows, target, etc. so early in my adventure. Thanks again for your video!

Got 3 of them, a 47 pound and 55 pound reflex recurve like yours and a 63 pound reflex. They're all great bows and a lot of fun. I've tipped all of my arrows with a 200 grain head and they'll all smack with some authority. Best thing, all were manufactured the same year I was born and they're all going strong, like me.

Chinese junk with a bear name , they don't hold an edge and the points snap off easily, definitely a step backwards from the original

20:44 I also have a 2021 super grizzly 45# and aquired my brother’s 1970’s grizzly 45# unfortunately it has a twisted lower limb the super grizzly seems to have a harder draw to it

Seems to be quite a few differences between the MW Bruin and the Bear Grizzly. What leads you to believe that Bear made these for MW? I was under the impression that they were made by Shakespeare. Thanks.

I think a British firm owned s w at one time, and they caved to pressure to have a safety key put on the revolvers. I could be wrong. However, I wouldn't buy one because of that reason. Ruger, Colt and others do not have it.

I'm just getting into reloading. I'm going 2 reload swc and round nose bullets. Are Lee dies universal universal for both rounds

Last year, I blew up my uncles old Mag takedown. The lower limb snapped on me at full draw. Had 57# fascor limbs.. Think it said B on the limbs that made it 62 inches long. I miss that thing already. Honestly felt like it was only a 45# draw bow, so smooth, but it sure would sling them with authority. Way smoother than any of my 1 piece bows. I could actually hit pretty well at 40 yards with the Takedown, thing was a sniper with how much mass the riser had, dead steady. May need to order some more limbs for it.

Are you able to add a whisker biscuit to these? My uncle left me one a few years back I been practicing with it but it seems the area to install the biscuit has no tapped hole. Only something that looks like a light predrill or something not even a full hole. What are my options

Could you do a period correct aluminum arrow build for this set up? I've got a vintage compound that was made before I was born and would love to make some arrows to go with it. I have no idea what type of vanes and broadheads would be period correct available today.

The lock and cable lock are for the lawyers and insurance companies. Smith probably gets sued every time some drugged teenager commits suicide with one. Even the semi autos now have safety features we hate, like the magazine disconnect required in my insane state of California. I don’t blame them and I don’t worry about it. Just vote Republican and your state won’t turn into California…

You need a higher frame rate to make videos about bows.

Am I missing something? The 45 bow w/ 485gr arrows was shooting low 170s except for the first arrow.

So many deer and game taken with those , loved them . Who cares if it doesn't shoot 300fps , quiet , smooth , uncomplicated and successful ! No stabilizer , funky cams , releases , d-loops and stuff to get in the way . I went from the whitetail to the whitetail 2 to a Browning Cobra ... All good That bow is sweet !!
