Great tip for picking a great bow for the price Todd! I got one advertised at 50#, set it up with a good replacement string braced at 7 3/4 inches, pulls 52# @28", 54#@29", 56.5# @30", very smooth and steady. Whoever designed and made these limbs got it right, they are very efficient, and this is in comparison to a couple of high-end bows that I have. I prefer the heavier handle whenever possible to help soak up shock to the bow arm hand and elbow. The white lettering appears to be a decal applied then clear spray finished over the top of it. Somewhere I've got an old set of bow limb socks back when all we had were recurves and longbows with shiny lacquer finishes.
Got a couple of black hunters myself, the draw weight never seems to be just right, got a 35# which draws 40#, a 55# Wich draws 50 and picked up some 60# limbs which draw 58# , nevertheless I love love shooting them and for the price they are just unbeatable, thanks for the video, I got no chronograph so it was nice to see what they are doing speed wise
It's a great bow! Dead ringer Hoyt Satori copy. With excellent quality control. Hoyt fitting to sue somebody up in this....🤣 But I'm with you. I have Bears and other recurves, this thing is a freakin shooter!
$67.50 you can’t complain!!! The white lettering is obnoxious I agree but simple solution to that is for $45 a medium sheet from gear skins and lay it over the limbs and there is endless choices in colors!!! They make an aluminum version id like to see you review that one too.
I purchased one in 50 pounds, don’t care for thickness of handle, But that’s fixable.. hella buy for the money folks if you just put it in a bugout bag or carp shooting
I have this bow with thw 50 lb limbs. The only issue I have with it is after each shot I have to pull the string over in the grooves on the back of the tips of the limbs. Do you know what could cause that?
Hate to say it. But, Chinese bow manufacturers are producing some great bows. And, kind of unreal inexpensive. Silk screen logo is pretty awful though. Thanks for review. Downside is I can't find it online.
Amazon, and Amazon is not a bad place for Budget bows if you know how to read the reviews weeding out idiots who bought the bow before knowing a thing about bows. Reding reviews along with Krammer Ammons is how I ended up with the OEELINE Airobow 54 inch One Piece Recurve. A bow with taxes that came to just under $200 for a Bear Super Grizzly in 3/4 size all but the brace height, a reason why I only draw a 45 pound bow to 35 pounds and I would need 55 or 60 pound bow just to get to 40--45 pounds I need for hunting Deer, Turkey, Antelope, sized game as South Dakota is minimum is 30 pounds but might not meet the requirements for Mountain Lion/Elk in South Dakota fine since that is 45 pounds. I have since found a GREAT PLAINS TRADITIONAL BOW COMPANY the Youth Longbow in Hickory that they can get a custom weight for me at 45 pounds that bow draw is measured at my 24--24.5 inch draw. As a small adult 5 foot 2 inch with draw 1--2 inch short for my size and having minor bend in arm when using a hunting bow, I need a bow like this to help me hunt or else I have to use a compound/lever bow just to get the weight right for my draw. The OEELINE Airobow brand has no names for bows they exclusively sell in US on Amazon except when selling the Junxing Black Hunter recurve 58, 59, or 60 inch model they sell as the Black Hunter Description has the 60 inch numbers while name has the 58 inch. Based off the riser and limbs in description that are accurate, the bow is the 58 inch or 59 inch version with measuring depending on if they went tip to tip by mistake or actually went string groove to string groove. They do not sell the Black hunter longbow but others sell the limbs and bow separate so you could have a second set of limbs. Also some models like the OLEELINE Airobow 58 inch Bearpaw Creed similar design bow in black are right hand only, with only 2--3 models being made for either eye dominance.
Ha! They quit the dozen arrows free. Was only for the first 100 customers. I ordered the 50# bow and never pulled it to full draw. The bowstring would pop out of the grooves at the tips before the pressure was completely let off the stringer. Returned and the refund was prompt.
Do you have an affliate link for this so I can get the #30? New to recurve at 25" draw. The #30 version is $59 and probably the right DW at my DL to get started.
No I don't I try to keep my reviews fair. So I buy all my bows with my own money. I would get the 59 dollar bow you will not be sorry it is a great bow. Thanks for wstching
You are like my brother who likes 58 and 60 inch bows due to him having a rather nice 58 inch Bear Grizzly a 47 pound he draws to 45 pounds at corn of mouth with a 27 inch draw (but has a 26--28 inch draw depending on anchor) since he has been strong enough to use it in high school 10th grade and he traded for the bow an item worth $25--$30 I paid for the bow in 2001 at a garage sale, lucky the guy was selling his late father's bow. I got lucky because the guy selling was a buy the latest Mathewes Bow, only that brand due to the company only ever selling compounds. He had a Mathews Genesis model to finger draw for bowfishing, one of the few desirable Compound models due to the Genesis Pro that become The Gen--X/Genesis--X that is very similar. I bet now if still living (guy was in his late 60 in 2001) the same guy has a Genesis Pro or Gen--X/Genesis--X, (Pro is 90%--95% the same as the X at least from what the company and others have said) that is a subdivision of Mathews for his bow fishing model with extra serving on it to be used with fingers like he did with the old Mathews model of Genesis. I know a friend who uses a Genesis first gen subdevison bow that was a 15--35 pound model from 1999--2000 they upgraded to Genesis Pro cams in mid 2000's to get the higher 40 pound weight so they (Wisconsin had 40 pound minum that was dropped in 2009 or 2010 according to my friend) that was one of the first models sold without the extras as a for older bows inflation at the time an under $200 bow. Dad he got the bows without the parts since he hated the whisker biscuits and went for a dropwaya rest and same sight that came with the first kids to adult model, that Son got a Biscut but hated due to it quickly wearing out then using drop away again with cloth sports tape, type used at one point for bats in some sports while the dad to used the drop away rest with thin tubing used for electrical stuff that shrinks on.
That bow is hammering that deer. No problem with penetration with that one. Good tuned arrow and a sharp broadhead done deal. Good job here.
They are definitely a great bow for the money truly impressive!! You can not go wrong getting this bow.
God bless.

Wow Todd thanks for the heads up on this bow! Proof you don't have to spend a lot of money for a great bow. Great review - God bless ya brother.

Good shooting, bow is trucking
A year later the bow in your link sells for $182! Interesting!
The endless loop is probably one reason its so fast

Are you stacking to get the 216 speeds?

Sounds like you have a twisted limb

Thanks for the link and review. Picked one up in 30# for about $60.00. Couldn't resist.
I know they're a bit pricey, but do you think you could review a Martin Savannah? Would love to see how it scores.
I would love to but as of yet I have been unable to find one

Is this a new version of the black Hunter?
No it is made by different company and is their take on the black hunter
I’ve been shooting compounds for 40 years. Thought I’d like to try a recurve. Of all the 6 black hunters you have is this the best?
Yes I would have to say it is

@@allthingsarcheryandshootin9380 Thx. Ordered. This will get me into my backyard with the kid. Better for urban backyard than my #60 compound. 👍
It looks identical to Black Hunter bows except for the obnoxious private branding on these limbs. What say you?
I would have to agree
Nice video, but as usual the 67 dollar bow is 148.00 on the link!!!!!!
