- This is the second part of the Fred Bear ag Riser Review. In this video I see how fast the bow will shoot and how accurate and quiet it is. To say I was impressed is an understatement I am going to have to get me one of these.
I have one of these that my dad purchased in 1973 in AK. It's looks just like the one you have but the B riser is gold in color. I just purchased some new limbs in a practice weight since the original ones were the heaviest draw weight for my dad when he hunted Moose and Caribou. The original limbs even though they are from 1973 shoot just as good as the day they were made. True quality! God Bless Fred Bear!
Nice shooting! The bow settled right down with the heavier arrow. Enjoyed the vid, thanks for sharing!
Hope everything's going well.
I’ve got one of the older c risers and I love shooting it 👍🏼

@@001dovehunter3 thank you please look for more content coming soon
Last year, I blew up my uncles old Mag takedown. The lower limb snapped on me at full draw. Had 57# fascor limbs.. Think it said B on the limbs that made it 62 inches long. I miss that thing already. Honestly felt like it was only a 45# draw bow, so smooth, but it sure would sling them with authority. Way smoother than any of my 1 piece bows. I could actually hit pretty well at 40 yards with the Takedown, thing was a sniper with how much mass the riser had, dead steady. May need to order some more limbs for it.
Literally just purchased on of these in a b riser #1 limbs and it’s in the Mail. Can’t wait too see what too expect when I receive it in the mail later this week.
boy you shoot so dam well I have never seen🤠 shooting like that 👍thanks
I have a old Ben Pearson bow(1974) I wanted to up grade to a new bow, are new bows more accurate than old bows? I was thinking a Fred bear take down#50. Thanks you.
Where ya at Todd?
Would you recommend this combination for a 31” draw length?
B riser #3 limbs gives you a 64" Bow. I have a 30" draw and that is what I shoot.
hey you are the guy that shoots his bow from 10 yds and says that he is at 20 yds no i forgot you walked it off phony light arrow shooting joke you are.At my club your the big laugh . we have so much fun laughing about you thanks you rock.😂
Hey, I am sorry you and your club buddies cannot shoot a traditional bow as accurately. But hey you can always switch to a compound bow oh, wait that may be too difficult for you and your buddies to understand. Tell you what just keep practicing and maybe one day you might be as good as you think you are. Hey Haters, will Hate!
