Bulgarian has much beyter food than Georgia, but do love the adajara kachapuri, and lobio is a simple.pleasure. but when eating grilled.meats eat the lutenica, also known as ajvar in yugo, and adjar in Turkey. If get s chance try the Croatian kind, podravka, without eggplant inly roasted peppers no sugar.

Musaka is second best food in Bulgaria in mu books. The best is Kavarma which comes frome Turkey. But Bulgarians mastered. Kavarma comes in many variations, at least 10 as far I know. Stoma Kavarma. Kachemak is US version of corn bread. Beans are better version of Mexican version of fried beans.😊

Here we go. Skembe chorba is Turkish dish. One of the best is in Instabul. The legend goes like that. Palace of Turkish sultan was across tavern. From his balcony Sultan can take uif of shkenbe chorba. So he send his servant to get him one. Sultan liked it so much he sent his cook for the recipe. Cook come back with face of Seabisked. Sultan being curious asked "what is the secret " cook responded " they don't wash the tribe well as us" Now you know. How to prepare " beef or sheep tribe. Cook for 5-6 hours till tribe is ready to fouls in parts. Pull our of bullion and cut in small pieces. Let child. In pen heat oil to boil and add paprika Bulgarian by choice. Mix and add to bullion. As bullion is still hot add milk. Mix and let's cool. Crash head of garlic and mix with red wine vinegar. (Regular one). Soup bowl add cut tribe your choice amount,add hot bouillon. Mix. Add garlic mixture. Mix it. Eat with freshly baked bread. Bon Appetite. Bulgarin style.❤

Mâncarea din Romania este cea mai buna și diversificată! De la Vama Veche la Beba Veche și de la Dubova la Focșani, îți lasă gura apă la produsele culinare! Don't stay in Timișoara, Cluj Napoca, please cross the mountains to Iași, Suceava, Botoșani, ... the Danube Delta, Tulcea, Constanța, Ialomița, Călărași, Prahova... you will have other culinary surprises, all of Romania is there as well as everything to the north of the Danube.

"OBOR " market , not ..."Ober market". Please. And "sarmale", ... you can see in the menu list what kind of meat is used. And it's not beef. 🙂
