I really love your content. But i do have an insight about this one. Years ago we didnt understand our body aswell as we do now. Medical research has enabled us understand ourselves better with time. Back then life expectancy was also lower. So these new levels are generally for majority population, and allow people to pursue a more sustainable life. We arent moving around as much as we dis before, so that cholesterol just builds up.
